So how do you explain the update that just came out for the 25-26? But yet they supposedly can't fix the older ones. This whole situation has been a joke. You need to quit with the AI responses. I really can't believe there hasn't been a class action lawsuit by now. Well, you win. Pretty much everyone has given up waiting for a fix that will never arrive. I've owned Rams since the 95 body style came out, and not that you care but I'll guarantee you one thing, after being involved in this smoke and mirrors you have been pulling since April 2025....this is my last one. If you want to effect change, contact your local ram dealer and tell them you have a Trx/rho and we’re going to purchase a daily ram 1500 and/or the 26 Trx but have decided not to because they screwed you on your current Trx.

When the dealers are loosing sales, they will contact and pressure ram to fix things.

We have officially launched the app-over-the-air (AOTA) update to fix the MY22-24 TRX graphics issues from last April. This will include the HP gauge inaccuracies and other screen sizing issues, along with correction to the TRX graphics from the incorrect RHO graphics.

As is our policy, the launch occurs with a small group to start, and we will continue to build to the full affected population over the next two to three weeks (subject to change). Additionally, a reminder that AOTA updates are 'silent' and there is no prompt on the radio screen. The changes will be noticeable, once completed, when the vehicle is started.

We are not able to immediately predict when each VIN will receive the update, BUT we will keep you informed as we roll out more updates to more VINs and if we can provide more specific timing guarantees.

So it's just a fix for the graphics? No fix for the drive modes that can't be customized, or Android Auto cutting in and out, or any of the actual functional issues that we have been complaining about for 13 months?

Mine is trying to download, but it keeps getting a Uconnect error. Telematics is functional, strong cell signal and I tried enabling WiFi updates too.

@RamCares it's absurd, RAM takes over 1year to try to fix graphics instead of fixing the real problems in the truck. Any ETA on drive modes selection issue, instable aa/carplay connections, cluster nav issues ?

I believe those fixes will need to go over FOTA update vs AOTA.
