  • good afternoon! i just had an RF Hub failure due to my rear window leaking directly onto it. the original reason i took my 21 TRX in was 'Service Shifter" alert on the dash. took it in to a Ram Dealership here in San Antonio and they were able to find out the issue. They said the rear window leak was not a warranty issue. any help on this?
    Why would I have to return to a dealership that diagnosed the clunk and did the grease T.S.B.? It lasted a month. Now I have to waste more of my time and schedule for something that they have already heard.
    I'll send a PM about my cameras stopping working after the Saturday software update. I am having another issue though. Driver seat keeps coming undone on the front from underneath.

    Any updates on when this software issue will be fixed? Dealership does not know about this.
    im in Canada, have a 2022, dealer has done the grease and boot and now the driveshaft clunk is worse than ever, they tell me they are waiting for an answer from Ram Engineering as to the next "fix" is every case based on individual complaints or is the information slow on getting out since we are not in the USA ???

    Hi there,
    This is Nicole, big fan of the TRX. Had a 2022 TRX but was stolen. Ordered a Havoc, and sales called me and told me when they were doing inspections their technicians noticed front line damaged due to some misalignment of the bolt. They emailed Chrysler about it. I called today and the sales told me Chrysler might recall the truck and auction it. I’m really confused and would appreciate some help.

    Hi.

    I am very frustrated. My 2022 TRX had the dash cluster fry at about 6K miles. Dealer has been trying to fix for several months. Finally concluded it needs a new ADCM which is backordered with at min. 45 day wait min. I have not been able to use my truck as it is designed for several months. Can you help me?

    Bought a TRX from BILL SNETHKAMP in MI remotely. I notified the dealer about a paint defect on the day of delivery. Notch in the metal and paint did not properly adhere. Can be seen and felt. Trim around hood vent not properly installed. Salesman stated he was waiting on mgmt reply. No comm from the dealer. I asked if they would ask local dealer to inspect and report to Stellantis. I have all of the documentation.

    Good morning. My 2022 in the shop right now for an unrelated issue (head gasket I believe) VIN#1C6SRFU9XNN348917. I am experiencing bluetooth drops, map not appearing on the top widget.     Hi I’m having issues with my 2021 ram trx it’s showing a 4WD overheating temporary reduced performance message and my 4WD high and 4WD low sometimes doesn’t want to engage as well can you guys help me out with what’s going on with my truck? I have took the truck to the dealership but nothing was found on the truck other than the overheating code
