Coming in 2022, EBC are excited to announce the new MGP Military Grade Pads, high performance pads designed for towing, off roading, and all truck related activities. They will employ the all new Transfer Film Technology used in our latest SR series race pads and be the longest lasting, highest friction pads we have ever produced for trucks, 4X4's and SUVs.

They are currently in the final stage of what we call NVH testing (noise vibration and harshness) and we are hoping to launch them in the first few months of 2022. Prior to launch, we would like to give the opportunity to a few RAM TRX members to test them for us, free of charge.

To enter for your chance to win, please comment below with a photo of your vehicle and outline for us what you use your vehicle for. Any upgrades/ specs and accolades highly welcomed, the more detail the better.

We will choose from the participants up to 3 winners for the pads, along with a set of Rotors to match.
This offer will be running until January 7th, the winner(s) will be chosen and posted shortly afterwards.

You can find out more about the SR Series race pads HERE to give you an idea of the quality of these pads.

Thank you in advance to all who apply :)

EDIT: Due to the concerns and feedback raised in this thread we have chosen to rename the product the ST-Series (Sintered Truck) as it will fall in line with the SR-Series (sintered Race) which uses the same tech/materials.

We truly appreciate all of your comments and strive to be seen as a company that cares for and listens to their customers.
OP / EBC: I had a set of your slotted and dimpled "sport" rotors w/ your ED-Truck / SUV pads on a 2010 Suburban 2500 4x4. No towing, 95% around town - 5% mountain driving. They worked great and improved the stopping power of the vehicle. BUT after 10K-15K miles, the pads had significantly worn into the rotors, to the point there was a 1/16" valley worn into the rotors. The pads looked like new, with little wear.

Do you expect these new pads will have the same effect on the factory RAM rotors and the EBC rotors?

Super stoked for you guys supporting the platform!

When the slotted only rotors are available again, I’m going to have to order a front and rear set up. Because boy does this truck need help.

The new ED plus are a totally different blend- longer lasting and much less abrasive so will not wear down the rotor or themselves nearly as quick; but by the sounds of it if your rotor was heavily worn and the pad was not at all, there may have been a different issue at play.

Do you have any photos of the rotors and pads? we would be interested to have a look as that kind of wear is not usual.

Was it across all four rotors, front only or a single rotor?

How much are the rotors for front and rear?
they are $379 and $328 front and rear, you can find them at the below link. I'm waiting to hear from the dispatch team what the ETA on them are arriving in USA, but I likely wont hear back until Monday now.

-----------

I'm glad the majority of you have received your ST pads, i look forward to hearing how you all get on with them! the ED+ are still being manufactured but will be out to you lucky 5 soon.
