Uconnect update I actually like… so far

Ok @RamCares I'll "be nice" (for a week or two).

Now look...I know your busy, but if wouldn't mind, would you please provide this wonderful, fun, patient (nah scratch patient) group of TRX brothers and sisters an update on the progress of correcting the RHO debacle?

Perhaps we could also receive a realistic time frame for the actual roll-out too!

And @RamCares, we appreciate you SO MUCH for "caring" about all of us who purchased Ram's most expensive and iconic Truck, then had it ruined by your dei hiring requiremnets...(sorry...I said I'd be nice).

But...I'm sure I speak for the entire community (well at least for me and those who have chimed in via Likes etc) when I/we say, thanks again for letting us experience the RHO interior, without having to actually sit in that pos, I mean very fine automobile...

But the time has come, (before you get sued)when we would all like
to once again have the TRX Headunit/graphics/operation data back; the information we paid BIG BUCKS for...

I hope they do. It is very annoying look that screen and see that. I changed driving mode last night to Sport and drove around, I like to drive it along, at night, and when I most was enjoying my trip I looked the screen (had to look back twice) and saw that RHO graphic… dear Lord! Cmon Ram, I know it is not that hard to rollback changes, and it is easy to target only TRX VINs. But hey, easier solution, put my previous version online as a downloadable file, and allow me to put it on a flash drive and update the system manually. Ford allows you to do that, why RAM not, and my Ford is 2020, so?
And I know someone told me not to complain about just graphics and icons but man, I liked the way my screen was and I didn’t approve that update. You can’t force customers to update systems without their consent. Not cool! I’m wondering the new TRX which update will come out in?

Half my shit comes and goes. It works, then it doesn't work. Gauges all read 0 sometimes. I've held that volume button to reset it so many times I've lost count. I'm pissed.

Sorry to hear that man! You have very serious issues ongoing, they should replace your screen under warranty but I bet they will try factory reset first and keep your truck for 3-4 weeks. They love to justify the amount of money they charge to warranties.

I'm an auto tech, I can flash mopars right through Mopar. It shows an update for mine to cure different problems but it was in there before this screwed up one came out. It already had the flash done to cure the backup camera glitching so I don't know what this one would supposedly take care of. I've just been afraid to flash it and really screw it up

I'm on this with you. I dont know your dealers, but here in Miami they suck. Oil everywhere, 1 day for an oil change, let the cars open, TRX getting stolen from their parking. Thanks, but I wouldn't let them do an oil change even if they pay me for it.

I am sick and tired of seeing Alexa pop up on my screen! I don't have alexa, I don't want Alexa, and I certainly don't want your pop up ads showing full screen on my head unit when I'm driving!

Who in the hell thought it was okay to program a automobile head unit, to display full screen ads, when you're driving 70 plus miles an hour on the interstate? Some freaking tranny?

It would almost be worth it to get in an accident so I could sue you guys into Oblivion for this BS...

So,@RamCares, how about a legit update giving us a reasonable time frame for you/Rsm to fix your freaking error that you guys caused to some of your most loyal clientele...

Maybe you should mention this to Tim Kiniscus, I'm sure he would be disgusted knowing that his TRX buyers have to look at a freaking 6-cylinder on their screen and listen to Akexa try to connect to a non-existent connection...
