They sit about an inch out from fender. Will get a pic later today.

Forgeline cvc3 22x10 +12
325/55/22 tire. This it about 36inch
It sit an inch taller
Stick or closer to fender by about 3/4 inch.
No mod to suspension

Normal street around city full lock turn no problem

I'm pretty sure if I fit a 37s tires on this same wheel there will be rubbing

I got the same size: 325/55 R22 which is - like phanist already said - equivalent to 36 inch

The rims were not my first choice, but in Germany you can´t just put some aftermarket rims on a car. You need to have an appraise, a certificate which approves the law-confirmaty of the rims. So I bought this ones. Dimensions are 22x10 offset 35mm in combination with spacers 30mm in the rear und 25mm in the front.

That is interesting. I had no idea a country would care that much about what changes you make to your personal vehicle.

This is due to the higher speed you are allowed to drive especially on the "German Autobahn". So the rims must be strong enough to stand the high velocity and the brutal force which affects the driving components of the car driving at high speed (we speak of 120 mph and above; I drove already 150 mph with the TRX on the Autobahn). In addition to that the traffic is much more intense on narrower roads. Therefore all aftermarket components must be testet and certificated bevor installing.
