TRX Aftermarket Wheel and Tire pics! [size/offset]

Updated my wheels tires

20x10 -18 HF4
325/60 Ridge Grapplers
Rogue leveling kit- will be removing top plate this week

My old methods and 37 Ridge Grapplers are for sale. This suits daily needs more and return an OEM+ look. Incognito, E85 tune coming soon.
This is what I plan except the 20x9.5- waiting on wheels to show up this Thursday. Much performance difference vs. stock? Best I can tell the increase in weight is around 5pounds per wheel and 7 pounds per tire so hoping +12 pounds in rotating mass doesnt make a big performance difference…

Slightly different but was massive when I had Methods/37s. This set up is 13 lbs per corner less than the other set up which is pretty significant. I do prefer the beefier set up I had with Methods, but these with the wider wheel/tire, gives it a mean stance. I’m back to 4.1 0-60 on Uconnect, from 3.9 stock, methods 37s was 4.7

That is helpful thank you. Could probably make that speed back up with some fairly mild mods if we wanted to.

The upper cab in black doesn't look bad. I think it looks a little better on Range Rovers and some Raptors I've seen. The only thing that throws me off a little on that particular TRX is the way the black curves up at the bottom of the A pillar where it meets the hood. On Range Rovers and Raptors they typically make than line straight instead of curved which looks a little cleaner to me.
I've thought about this and agree with your observations:)

@Nitro , just a sugggestion but maybe you could make a sticky thread for the wheels and tires section where people can post pics of their trucks with various brands and sizes of wheels and tires that they have installed on their TRX. Request that people post the size, brand, and specifications of both the tires and wheels they are running. There is a similar thread on a square body forum I'm on, and it's a great reference for people to use when they want to get a visualization of how their truck might look with different wheels and tires.

Here is my contribution:

Tires: 37x13.50r20 Toyo Open Country MT
Wheels: Fuel "Rebel" 20x9 with +20mm offset
Suspension Modifications: None
Trimming required: None
Does it look bulkier and higher than a stock one?

No rub ever on street - that blue truck got lemon law - have black truck now with same tires - still no rub - but just got new black truck but have not had the chance to really test suspension excursion off road yet - too hot in the summer to make desert runs...

So I read through almost every page and looked at tons of pictures. When I had my raptor I went with the VenomRex 601’s in bronze and I love them. The offset was perfect and there was no rubbing whatsoever.

This time around since I just took delivery, I spent tons of time going through posts and pictures to figure out what I wanted to get only to come back around to the VenomRex 601’s. I went slightly larger on the tires which are the Nitto RG’s 325/60-20. I’m guessing I will not have any rubbing issues without a leveling kit since VenomRex serves wheels like the super car market and just provide what fits each vehicle. For anyone wondering they are 20x9 with 0 offset. Essentially the tire should stick out about 3/4” further than stock which will bring it even with the fender and have the perfect stance in my opinion. Once they come in and I mount them up, I’ll post pictures.

Here’s mine. Fuel covert 20x9 +1. 37x13.50x20 BFG KM3. Icon leveling kit. Rubs full lock in out of drive ways. Didn’t trim anything. Should clear when I get ADD front bumper. Hopefully can pull trigger on geiser springs soon.

Hostile 20x10 wheels. -19 offset. 325/60R20 Nitto Ridge Grappler-basically a 35 1/2” tire. And still more sidewall than a stock Ram Rebel for all you 20” wheels (and bigger) haters😜. Stock suspension.

So any rubbing? I’m interested in a 18x9 -18 offset with factory tires, stick suspension worried about rubbing.

Just got them on-haven’t noticed any rubbing yet and if it does it will be very minor. Here’s a photo of the offset.

Nice set up!
Mine rub at full lock with 35’s. I have -12 offset and it rubs the mudflap only when I turn left for whatever reason.
I am digging the BFG’s.

So I’m thinking about a 18x9 -18 offset with the stock tires you think they will rub like yours?

Mine are 18x9 -12 offset and only rubbed when I put the mudflaps on. The flaps are weather tech and have a slim profile. Not 100% sure for you but -18 is an aggressive stance. I have seen others on this forum with -18 so I am sure if you do a little searching you might find the right person to ask. Good luck

You have the factory tires? How bad is the rub? I also found some methods I like that are 18x9 -12 so same you are running.
