TRX Aftermarket Wheel and Tire pics! [size/offset]

Lots of what if’s in this thread… curious how far the envelope has been pushed? I’m looking at a set of Fuel Reactions 20x9 with +1 offset and Toyo MTs 38x13.5s. Trying to decide between the Foutz and the Rough Country leveling kits (front and rear).

Let us know if it works. I'm guessing it will rub, but maybe not. You'll be pulling the wheel in .43" compared to my -12 offset Rebel that rubs with a 37x13.50 Toyo MT, but going up the extra 1" in tire height (1/2" radius). I think it will probably still lead to at least a little rubbing like my set up. I think the Foutz kit is a little taller than the Rogue (perch only, no top plate), so you might get away with it.

Combination of the 13.5 tire and changing the offset to +1, if my math is correct the 18MM of offset difference should only amount to 3/8” deeper tire compared to OEM. The 1.5-2.25” lift should account for height… am I not thinking about this right… anyone with real world results with 38” Toyo MTs… can you share?

You have the rogue level kit with 13.50 and -12 offset? Just little rubbing?

Looking at purchasing wheels & tires for my truck and trying to figure this out. I’m wanting to go with 37s on either of these options, but will either the 20x9 or 20x10 and 37x13.50 +0 offset rub with a rogue lower level perch on?

@CustomPerformance do most cast wheels require a hub centric ring? Im looking at race line krank wheels but their center bore for the 6x139.7 18x9s is 106.1cm. Does that mean I’ll need a ring to get the wheels to fit properly?

I know most Fuel wheels come with hub centric spacers, but I don't recall if Raceline sends them as well. I'd have to call Raceline to find out.

20x9, +0 should fit fine with the Rogue lower only. The 20x10 might rub just a touch. That would stick out 1mm more than a 20x9, -12 which I know rubs just a touch at full lock turn.

Off-road Monster M08 20x9 with Nitto Ridge Grappler 35”.

No rubbing.

I collaborated with Forgeline to design a new wheel style for our trucks, which includes a bolt-on ring. These are 100% forged, CNC machined wheels, made in the USA. Our premium TRX trucks don't deserve low-quality Chinese wheels.

Those are rad. What’re they going for per wheel

These Forgeline wheels start at $8500/set in standard finishes. There is a lot of CNC machining time in this design. For those who only want the best!

Those are some amazing wheels but that is a lot of cash for wheels. Forged beadlock race wheels on Trophy Trucks cost half that.

Those generally aren't concave forgings, nor do they have the machining details or run time of these. We can certainly build less expensive, less detailed wheels, with normal flat profile forgings and minimal CNC time. It just depends what a buyer wants.

I'm definitely no CNC expert and can appreciate the time and quality. Just comparing for my use case as the truck sees a lot of dirt time.

Those are badass. I have the Forgeline wheels on my viper and the quality is absolutely amazing. What all options do we have from Forgeline for our truck?
