Compustar Pro T13

anyone want to take a stab... my compustar and igla installer who wants me to come in says to come in to troubleshoot but they are the nearest one and I live 2.5 hour drive so I'd rather not.

Have Compustar CMX module and T13 installed on a 23' level 2 in August everything worked great until about November when randomly now when I arm the system by pressing lock on the T13 it says my doors are opened and does the triple chirp but otherwise arms the system. When you check if the doors are opened, they are all locked and won't open as they should. But drone mobile says "doors opened". And the remote itself shows doors open right after you arm it.

The ODD one is when I remote start the car it locks the doors and shows them as closed within drone mobile, I can then turn the car off with drone and it remains doors closed and doors locked.

when I'm driving the car and the doors are closed it shows doors closed and locked.

it's only when I arm the system when the car is off that it arms the alarm, it says the doors are locked, but opened... I check all the doors none of them open all of them are closed and locked.

when I press the panic button, (hold lock for 3 or 4 seconds) and then again on the remote to stop it from panicing its also locked but shows doors open when they are not.

igla works fine.

I told the Comp+ igla dealer that I don't want to drive they told me to unplug the compustar module behind the driver dash and plug back in... anyone know what it looks like? or what the problem could be?

I am going to install a wemo boosters in my wife's vehicles since she travels to different clinics and hospitals in Texas and some of these places are in the sticks and she loses coverage with her shitty AT&T company service. (forgot Drone uses AT&T)

Not sure you easy this is to change but according to Drone, you can use any LTE service that has data. This is about 2/3 way down on the link below.

Locate the compustar main module, the cmx and pull the biggest connector off (if it is using a T harness) or the bigger connectors off and then leave off for 30 seconds and plug them back in. Its just a false error that happens rarely. If you can’t find it then unhook the main battery for a few seconds and hook it back up. Shouldn’t get a loss of suspension calibration

They are referring to your own cellular phone plan is compatible with their AT&T LTE network or can be swapped to a Verizon sim

Physical sim. I have several. There is a pain in the ass procedure to swap it out

When our 392 JL comes in I'll have to make sure we get the Verizon sim and test it out. then swap out the TRX to Verizon too.

Yeah i would appreciate that. Looking into getting the whole setup and work provides me with free cellular but we are Verizon so I would totally just throw in one of my SIM cards.

Most of the time you don’t need to if done correctly and the subscription is already active. At worst you call the drone tech line and they force it through.
If its a drone x1 max then it needs to be popped open carefully and then unplug the little battery. Its attached to the top half so can’t just pry it apart.

I was recommended twice to go Verizon because it typically works better than ATT. I told the original installer on the first vehicle that i wanted ATT At this point im assuming they both have ATT but who knows, its been such a frig.
@Air’d outSRT is Compustar/ Drone able to tell you which card is in there? “Someone” told me they can?
