Compustar Pro T13

What is the process of switching out the sim to Verizon? It wasn’t mentioned as an option when my sytem was installed. I have had drone for over a year now and it never connects when I am parked at home. Then I will sometimes get ignition off messages in the middle of the night when I’ve been home for 8 hours.
Would need to have it swapped by a compustar dealer if the serial number allows it. If the serial number checks out you can probably buy the sim, call tech support and they can walk you through it. Its kinda a pain in the ass though.

I might be in the same boat. The TRX AT&T sim just doesn't pick up well at my house. The one in Our JL 392 has no issues (I think that one is AT&T too)
Is this an option to do it as a DIY?

They all leave the factory as att. It needs to be swapped a certain way if the serial number allows it. Some serials are not able to be swapped. I have 3 vehicles with drones. Jeep is in the garage 30 feet from the other 2 and rarely updates when I check it. Other 2 have no issues. You can get that sim and contact tech support and they can walk you through it, I would call first so you know if your serial allows it.

My T-13 remote battery isn't holding a charge anymore. Sounds like it's probably from using the wrong charger. What are my options, can I replace the battery in the remote? Do I need a whole new remote? If I need a new remote do I have to take it into a shop? I am FAR from any shops, in Klawock Ak for the next few months. My second smaller remote is working just fine, but would like to get the T-13 up and running properly again.

You can contact Firstech/compustar and they will probably warranty it out. Another option is to buy another one and then pair it to the system. You can “technically” take it apart and get the battery part number and change it but you need a degree just to take it apart. If they don’t warranty it for you then shoot me a message and I will get it handled.
You need a low amp charger, .5amps to 1amp max.

Locate the compustar main module, the cmx and pull the biggest connector off (if it is using a T harness) or the bigger connectors off and then leave off for 30 seconds and plug them back in. Its just a false error that happens rarely. If you can’t find it then unhook the main battery for a few seconds and hook it back up. Shouldn’t get a loss of suspension calibration
Does this require removal of the instrument cluster to access? Also, my Auto Lock/Arm no longer works when activated from the Drone App, could this be related to the "Doors Opened" issue?

Yes door open issue and that would depend on who installed it as to where its locate. Faster to disconnect the negative on your battery for a couple seconds
