Me and @skuppy069 are both obsessed with getting this factory perfect just like I did with the digital cluster 2+ years ago. We’ve had the 14.5” installed and working in my TRX since October, and have been improving ever since as our schedules allow. When/ if Skuppy makes his module available it will be the one to get, period.

So the biggest issue I am facing is the aux switches and all the functions .
Ideally it would be awesome if we could make a bracket to allow existing switch bank to be fit into the 14.5 screen bezel .
I have the aux switch on mine setup for park assist rear,park assist front and tow haul mapped via canbus etc .
I have also gotten the new style trailer brake switch working by adding two small switches for the gain + -etc .
But for the folks who need this plus actual aux switches I have no solution yet other than retrofitting the old switch bank in

I have been working on this as well. So far have all the parts and wiring but unable to figure out how to get it running. I am trying a harness designed for the 25/26 retrofit in my 22 but no dice, wires all match up to the 19-24. How are you making out? I am more concerned with it powering up and at least screen mirroring than functioning with the radio at this point, but can't even get that to work, because it won't turn on!

I tried the newer dual, found to be two variants with late 24's and early 25's using charger modules without fans and the rubber bezel more or less the same as previous years then sometime in 25 it changed to a thin rubber with perforations and chargers with fans. This has been my experience when buying g/t, trx and a limited console from 24 and 25's. I couldn't get them to turn on so I modded the whole bezel and installed magsafe in their place for an oem look.

I have the non-fan versions and rho console harness with the module if you need help with testing.

Also for the 25/26 console with hdmi and pass usb I found splicing into the panel lamps ambient light circuit on the 19-24 wiring powers both and more interestingly is in my research the pass usb just runs off that circuit so just charges, thought it would had data too but unless in the 25/26 where the console wiring for everything routes in and out of the module in the rear suppose that's the design to only charge.

Yeah, I have the fan cooled one sitting here for my second attempt at this, and a harness half built to run it. Lots of preconditions the chargers need to see before firing up. Hopefully we can get to work with another interface piggybacked on the one running the 14.5. Gotta get with Skuppy on finishing the screen first either way.

Passenger screen I haven’t messed with at all. Not convinced I even want it, just came across it for a decent price and it had the right trim for TRX so I snatched it up just in case it becomes doable.

Theres no fix for updating the odometer on digital clusters yet right? Doing anything I can to not pop the old one back in to get an inspection done
