it's not the switch(I still have the original)...I was just seeing if you had the steering wheel apart and maybe didn't get the plugs back in snug.

I can't tell you if it is or not, but my curiosity says would it even display anything if it was a 2025 cluster?

It will load splash screens as receives switched power so it will fire up default flash but there will be no actual values been recognized as can messages are completely different so the stuff coming from bcm won’t be mapped to the new expected Atlantis can messages
I think he has the first one being delivered today. He could check to see if the part #'s match and could even install the first one and see if he has the same issue.

yeah... so thanks to Skuppy and his reaching out to me directly.. I installed everything correctly but I did indeed purchase a 2025, which wont work, I got it on ebay for a steal and I didn't realize there is/was a difference. I already reached out and returned it and actually already got a refund.. so the search continues for 23-24 cluster so I can send to UnitedRadio.. .good news is, wiring is already done and setting are already changed... should be plug and play.. thanks again @skuppy069
this is one of the part #’s there are probably older and new #’s. 68510283AH. also that is the part number that gets you the TRX/Rebel trim around the cluster. @OnTheReel might have a list off all of them saved. One other thing to note is don’t buy one for a 2500, last I saw they won’t work on the 1500
Glad the fix is easy but sucks that you lost the money for the mileage set.

that’s a great attitude to have. I would recognize that it was my own fault but I would still be pissed. Luckily the ebay seller was willing to take it back.
oh it's definitely my fault, but I didn't realize that there was an incompatibility
between 25+ and 23/24.. though I should have realized as there are many other components, module and upgrades I have encountered that difference. But like you said, they took it back, no questions asked, my reason for return "ordered wrong part". I found a 23 for a little more, but I am waiting on another seller to get back to me before I pull the trigger.. But I can't change the past, but I can learn from it.
alright alright alright!!!! The cluster number 2 arrived from United Radio today, and installed quickly... and all seems to work, map still says loading and art not showing up yet, but I have to double check all the settings as I as working on enabling ACC while I was waiting for the correct cluster to arrive. So far, this upgrade is pretty cool. Ill keep you all posted and if I missed something feel free to shout it out.
do you still have your SGW bypass plugged in? Unfortunately the maps won’t work without it…..at least on my truck since I have the 2023 BCM
