This is just my experience. I walked into a dealer and my salesman had no idea what a TRX was, he was a new salesman that came over from Chevy, this was on 21 August. I had to speak with the sales manager about what I was looking for. I told him what my build was and he entered the data for me. As we were talking I asked about if they received any allocations and he told me they did not have enough sales to qualify for allocations but the orders were being processed as they received them. My take from that was that this dealer could not get any TRX's unless a customer ordered one or that they had to wait their turn, hence the build priority 99. I put in my $1,000.00 deposit and they printed off my order sheet which had my VON printed on it and listed the status as BA. I called FCA after the weekend and the status was in BG, with a priority of 01, and that is where it is at today. So this is just my take, customer orders will be prioritized over non-allocated dealer orders but some dealers will get prioritized orders if they have enough sales clout. Once again, just my take.
