Uconnect update I actually like… so far

The dreaded dance party. I had it happen almost daily on mine. Hopefully all issues are resolved very soon.

They aren't going to fix anything. Been screwed up since april. The new RHO had issues and they had an update within days to fix it. What's that tell you.

I’ve tried a few resets and key cycles. And it won’t correct itself.

It started after a “traffic warning”

(Yes it’s dusty, today was clean the truck day and install some parts on the suspension day)

Press one of the fan speed buttons when it does that…usually snaps it out of it for whatever stupid reason. Otherwise just gotta let it sit and eventually it’ll go back to normal. Resets don’t help, and sometimes actually wind up triggering this glitch while the radio is rebooting.

Agree, i usually press climate controls in one of the widgets. This is one of many issues with my radio. I've now added carplay doesn't connect, need to delete and reconnect to get it working again for a few days before it happens again.

It has happened to me. If I remember correctly adjusting the A/C fan forced it to go away.

This is going to sound like a "jerk" question, but I'm being serious. Is there any way they can have a different set of people test it (than the ones who have tested the last several updates)? Or maybe a larger test group? If this new update has as many new problems as the past few have, there will be villagers with torches on Stellantis' front doorstep. This one has to be right.

This is ridiculous it's electronic. Program it, make sure everything works and you're done there's no testing, it's not a living organism that mutates into something else. It either works or it doesn't fucking work

To a certain degree yes, but there are variables which can affect programming.
Something works on a computer screen but when it’s on the road with certain button inputs/climate control/radio settings… etc
It causes a glitch.

The new statement "process of preparing for the validation/testing phase" is in regard to the TRX specifically.

I remember a few people having this, I believe a few of them resulted in the box being fried and needing replacement.

Seeing as this has started occurring AFTER ram introduced horrible software…. Kinda hard to not see the connection. Similar to Apple sending kill signals to old iPhones to force people into new ones. Not saying ram did it intentionally but it’s what this reminds me of.
