Erica, I think you can see from this thread alone the lack of response.

I asked a question about getting my deposit back as it is no longer required….crickets.

People have asked 5-6 times about your ability to sell in other states….crickets.

I emailed you at the order status email three times last week over a week period trying to follow up….finally got a response after 5 or 6 days.

Not sure what else you need to indicate there are issues with response time.

@Koons_of_Tysons_Corner I've read I can make a change to my order up until it is in D1 status. I emailed today about a change and was told that changes can only be made for 12 hours after the order is placed or it gets a VIN number. Is this correct? Not a huge deal, but it just conflicts with what I've read on the forum.
The dealership only has a very small window to make changes to an order. 12 hours sounds about right. If you need changes after that we have to submit it to Stellantis and the change at that point is no longer in our control.

Stellantis has enhanced their current PDI process and has also implemented a final delivery inspection within 48 hours of delivery to the customer. We perform both 100% of the time.

Thanks to Craig at Koons. Just sent the configuration confirmation back and looking forward to the Black Diamond Level I package with:
- Panoramic roof
- HK stereo
- Running boards
- Tonneau cover
I think that’s about what I really NEED. Level II has some want-to’s, but these trucks aren’t cheap (though, I still argue they are a value, albeit expensive!).

This board has been very informative and appreciate all the info!!!
How'd you do level 1 with the HK and all that? When I try to choose it, it auto populates level 2.

And you never answered the 3-4 people in this thread that asked if you guys will sell to people in CA and some other states

Build sheet attached! Hope this helps. There were a number of options that were nice but not needs in the level 2. I picked out the level 1 and what were needs. Saved some coin as a result. Hope this helps.

Yeah I need a refund on my deposit since I put it down, I'll see if I can talk to erica or craig and they will refund me because KOONs have great customer service!

I joined the forum late January 2022. right after I placed my order with a dealer in VA that sold me my 2014 1500 Laramie. Figured I'd be loyal and give them a shot. They first started at $10K above MSRP and we settled on $3K above. I finally noticed the Koons $10K off MSRP and decided to try it out. The process was so easy and they were so responsive. I had a VON number the next morning and should have a VIN early this week. That was a $13K swing!!

ppl that are getting back their 1k are ppl that have buyer remorse . 1k is worth nothing nowdays and it goes towards your truck anyway.
Koons doesnt care either and buyers just bailing out is wishful thinking.
 
I paid 3k trying to get it atleast lower so I can get some parts for the truck 💯💯
