DEAL PRICE PROTECTED - KOONS 10K OFF MSRP OR 11% Below MSRP - NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED!!

At the end of the day, this is just a communication issue with the dealer. It happens. As many have stated $1000 isn’t that much. Threw $1000 down to reserve a Rivian truck. Anyways, I’m still deciding between the Level 1 and Level 2 package. Level 1 is less than a Raptor, Level 2 is just a little higher. Of course, I can’t find a Raptor anywhere without a $10k markup.

Does anyone know if the $1000 deposit is refundable? I haven‘t reached out to them on that yet.
not refundable and ask if you might be require to finance through them or not. On Jeep forum some say you are required to finance at least 50% of the loan or loose the 1k. You want to check with them 1st

Loans should not be an issue, usually you can pay off the balance the first month. I did that once. I was out of town, happened, by luck, to stop by a dealer that had a SUPER DUPER DEAL on a Ford GT500. Exactly my color, full options. The car was unloaded off the transport 2 hrs before I arrived. I bought it. But, I had not planned for this, so, no check, no money. I financed and drove it off the lot. First month, paid the loan balance. Worked great, provided instant cash.

Yea, I've seen stuff like that on the Jeep forums. Dennis Dillon gives some great discounts but requires you to finance through them. However, you can refi fairly quickly.

Yup. I've let dealers do financing if I got something out of it. Bought an F150 that came with another $2000 off if I financed through Ford. I did that, made one payment, then refi'ed it through my CU and a much lower rate. Easy peasy.

Some do some dont. Some could ask you to sign no refi for x months. They all have their deals with specific terms. Not sure what Koon does but it's worth asking him before placing the order.

I talked to Brian Hillerich. He stated it was a special going on and they no longer have it. He stated he will take care of it on their end.

That’s illegal in many states. Just know what you‘re signing.

BTW, haven’t other people here taken delivery from Koons already? What was their experience?

KOONs do you guys accept cryptocurrency like Bitcoin or Ethereum

Are new orders being applied to 2022 or will they roll to 2023? Also, is a deposit currently required? Thanks!

Does anyone know what the approximate delivery date would be if you ordered from this dealer soon?

My local CDJR is saying ~8 weeks is what they are seeing but saving $10k is pretty enticing.

Ordered mine from Koons on 3/25 got VIN 3/26. My white TRX is still in D status. Msrp of 103K. Maybe some of the options take longer.

2-12 months seems to be the norm for any TRX ordered from any dealership. You might get lucky and be the early guy that somehow skips over people or you may end up watching as newer orders are all built for months before yours goes down the line.

If a price protected order in D status doesn’t get built before the 2023 roll out, and the vin gets rolled to a 23, is the new truck still price protected? Or are we looking at a markup since it’s the last year for the hellcats?

That's my MSRP as well. Only options I don't have are trailer mirrors, trailer reverse steering, and bed mounted spare. If there is a supply constraint in the system, I have likely stepped in it. I'm just settling in for a long wait.

I got all the trailer mirrors and reverse trailer thing. I’m pretty sure I will never pull anything. Other than a hamstring or two trying to get in and out of the trx. 😂
My friend ordered from a Dallas dealership in December and got it mid March.
In the mean time I got a high mileage TRX to drive while I wait for my build. I’m buying a lot of the bolt on mods. So I won’t get bored.
