Well I thought I was safe because @RamCares said they paused the updates. Mine updated to U35.26. Drive modes are messed up. Reverts back to auto (I understand the cluster shows its in custom), but I can’t even edit any of the modes.

Yep. 13 months and counting on my truck. Custom mode with the transmission in "sport" was what I spent 95% of my driving time in prior to their fuck up.

@RamCares I second that request. Everyday it's unknown if my system will glitch out or not.

@RamCares my issues seem to have increased in the past couple of months. Dancing screens, random reboots, missing buttons…. Yesterday was particularly bad. I drove my truck six or seven times and only once did my system work as intended (sort of), and many of the issues make the car unsafe to drive - the dancing screen is a major distraction and I’m constantly fumbling with the system. It is absolutely maddening.

Mine was doing that and got even worse. I dropped it off to the dealership and they replaced the screen first and then the “radio” supposedly. It hasn’t messed up yet in the past 2 weeks since but the drive modes screen still don’t allow you to stay on anything but Auto.

Unfortunately all they will respond with is we don't have a current timeline of any update..... but we'll pass this up the chain .....

The fact you guys with UC5 have had this much trouble for so long is beyond ridiculous.

You are rightfully pissed because this has been going on too long, but RamCares isn't responsible.

Anyway, I came here to post something positive on this thread. I am able to customize my drive modes. Not sure how long that function was screwed up. It still reverts back to auto on the big screen after I select a drive mode, but it indicates the correct mode in the EVIC. Everything else is working like it did before the Hurricane graphics first appeared.

This is a problem entirely of RAM's own making.

I did not purchase a malfunctioning product.
I did not choose to perform the software updates.

The dealerships know fuck-all, and the 1-800 number somehow knows even less. I'm not going to split hair's between different divisions and departments of Stellantis. That's not my job. It was RAM, via @RamCares , that acknowledged the problem and offered resolutions that RAM has failed to deliver.
So yeah, they have to have some culpability here.
