New screen with update?

It’s 11 am here and I’ve reset my HUD 3 times today. And restarted my truck 5 times to get it to work for directions on CarPlay and use climate control @RamCares

When are they gonna fix this ? 2 plus years already. The 27 unconnect 5 works flawlessly .

Is sure does not work flawlessly that I know .
I work at dealership from time to time and there are issues.
Between nav not always loading in cluster as well as the new spark key system all which is in the radio software

2 plus years now and my 23 TRX is still not fixed. RHO engine graphic, and HP numbers. Drive modes that don't work. Uconnect screen glitches.

This after the dealer tried to update the software on our 2021 Durango SRT. After 4 hours (4 fucking hours) of them leaving it idle the update failed.

The update process on these Steplantis vehicles is inherently flawed. The dealer told me I needed to reschedule to have this update done. I told them they will not be touching my cars ever again. Bbbbut you now have an open ticket with an open recall not completed. I made sure they put in the notes that if this update bricked my radio that they were paying for it.

I told them that Steplantis can take these updates and shove them where the sun doesn't shine. Because they are all fucked.

After multiple resets on our 21 Durango. It is back to normal on an older software that never had problems to warrant an update.

I can't say the same about my 23 TRX.

This will likely be my last vehicle I buy from Dodge, Ram.

What makes this most infuriating is that the system actually did work when we purchased our trucks. Stellantis broke something that was previously working just fine, and now refuse to fix what they broke. @RamCares

There is a TSB out for this has has been stuck in investigatory stages since July. It also effects the smaller 8.4 inch screens as well not just the larger ones. @RamCares what’s the status? I’m tired of resetting my truck every other day.

Remote started today. Got in after 5 minutes. Radio immediately reset and is now bouncing around after shifting into reverse. Lost camera image during the reset. @RamCares
