New screen with update?

It’s 11 am here and I’ve reset my HUD 3 times today. And restarted my truck 5 times to get it to work for directions on CarPlay and use climate control @RamCares

When are they gonna fix this ? 2 plus years already. The 27 unconnect 5 works flawlessly .

Is sure does not work flawlessly that I know .
I work at dealership from time to time and there are issues.
Between nav not always loading in cluster as well as the new spark key system all which is in the radio software
