New screen with update?

Mine too. The latest update has caused more black out screens and static out of the speakers while no music, and dancing screens than all the previous 2 years combined.

Since mine has been on the fritz since 2023 (I have a 22), I’ve asked if they will extend the warranty on the screen and all the control units.

They have consistently said “they will pass it up”

So with new 2027s rolling off the line for customers, leads me to assume that there is a fix for the Uconnect that exists for the TRX… right?

However, All the latest YouTube videos showing the new trucks seem to be skipping over the Uconnect interface. I’m curious if they were told not to display it.

So out of curiosity I stopped by my dealer and jumped in a 26 RHO, attached is the version number. The drive modes works as they did in our trucks before the "endless updates", stop, start, and graphic fixes. It also had the stupid app market symbol in the place where the radio station would play. I havent had any issues of freezing and rebooting since I had my radio replaced, but drive modes still don't work and still have the symbol. Graphics and gauges remain correct as well.

I've been in touch with Ram through IG, and they said to contact my dealer or Uconnect. I said I've done that with no success. They just seem to be giving everyone the runaround. @RamCares

I wish you all the best of luck with this. I officially gave up this week. Sold my TRX for nearly what I paid for it back in 2022 before all the pay hikes and crazy covid used vehicle prices going up instead of down. This will be my last Stellantis product, it is completely unacceptable that in nearly two years for me, they were unable to fix a software issue they caused on what is one of their HALO vehicles. Something that I will point out like so many others, was completely working BEFORE the update that they mystically cannot simply roll back.

I have typed up a summary of these events as well as links to this thread and the other one and I am going to attempt to contact local on your side news, several automotive journalists, any anyone else I think might actually listen or care.

I really hope they get this all sorted out for the rest of you, but I was just done owning a vehicle that did not work right.

There's more than a couple of dealers on social media flaunting videos of their '27 TRXs and I've posed that very question; I have yet to receive a response. Perhaps the first forum member with a SRT TRX will enlighten us.

I noticed that too. Either it was incredibly fortuitous that the screen happened to be up, or the cameraman/producer is a TRX owner

The “Baja Settings” stayed on, didn’t flip back to “Auto Settings”
