Last night I had two pages of guages.

This morning, back to 1 page..

If you reset the radio, you will get the two pages of gauges back but only for a certain amount of time before it reverts back to only one page.

I have most of the issues mentioned, am on my third replacement radio and just gave up at this one. Second one they sent was so screwed up they had to remove it before sending me home with my original one. Third time wasn’t a charm, it’s like my first one so it’s not the hardware it’s the software.

I also have pretty much all of the mentioned issues once I got the software update. I have all but quit driving the truck and use my other vehicles instead because the Uconnect system is so unreliable now. It worked literally perfectly with zero issues before the update. I will DM you for a cell number and take you video as soon as the weather lets me get home.

@RamCares I got the update and have the correct motor pictured now . I still have the wrong horsepower page . I haven’t even looked at all the other gauges because it’s been so long since I’ve had the original gauges I had I don’t even know what I’m suppose to have now !!! This is the most ridiculous shit I’ve experienced in automobile ownership in my life !

Sounds like they need a decent QA program and have at least one TRX owner sign off on before pushing to production

Anyone having the issue when using the maps / directions app that when the system breaks in over the radio that all you hear is clicks?

I used maps today and have no audio directions.

Could the navigation audio just be turned down? Navigation volume is different from radio volume.

I can turn my nav audio down, but it always starts loud again the next time I start the truck.

Super annoying
A quick trick is to change theme in radio and it will come back versus doing a radio reset .
Uconnect bugs are frustrating

I have to reset my radio every morning to get the supercharger gauges and 2nd page of gauges. After I reset the radio, the correct guages stay all day, but the next morning; gone. Reset the radio and they're back.

Hi everyone, the existing firmware-over-the-air (FOTA) updates that had previously been paused last year are the current updates that are restarting and launching back out to customers. The new FOTAs and AOTAs (app-over-the-air) are still moving through the validation processes, which as you might expect from the experience that caused the graphics (and other) issues requires enhanced scrutiny before launching to all of you.

As we've explained, the graphics issues, which does also include the HP inaccuracy, are going to be addressed via AOTA. However, we also know that there are complaints beyond that with the radio software, which are expected to be addressed specifically through FOTA, which will update to a new radio software version. This will be a U40.xx or higher number; as that is also tested and validated, the number may change.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide definitive timing on this because when packages are in testing and validation it can change at any time for any reason. As we learn more, we will share it. We're sorry we don't have better timing to share yet.

Nope, I have no sound at all. It’s at the same volume as my phone over the audio system.
