Our team has confirmed with our internal subscription management group that the Performance Pages are part of the Basic Tech Package, which is for the life of the vehicle. There is a separate Vehicle Performance Package which has a 5-year subscription, but because the Performance Pages are a feature of the Basic Tech, that overrides the 5-year limit. We apologize for the confusion!

Additionally, we are waiting for further direction from the software engineering teams about the fix for the graphics and other issues seen after the FOTA update; at this time, we do not expect to have new information to provide until next week. Please know that we will continue to post publicly with updates when we have them (we will also follow up in private messages as well).

I think the 5 year performance package has something to do with the emails and notifications of the trucks performance as in health, maintenance, and things like that... not necessarily our performance pages in the truck.

I believe this is true. I think it will stop pushing out the “health report” stuff after the 5th year. Which to me is not a biggie, glad clarification was done with the perf pages. Would suck to lose that and be stuck in auto mode all the time haha

Well at least I can confirm my Zauto NolimitZ still works with the new updates. However, my display screen locked up last night. First time that's ever happened. It was stuck on the radio station screen I had previously selected and it seemed the touch screen wouldn't work. Couldn't bring up the Nav system or change stations. Nothing/nadda! Fortunately when I stopped for gas and restarted the truck everything came back. Hope this isn't a new bug I'll have to live with from time to time.

I don't drive my truck all too much, but the past week or two, I've driven it a few times and I've canceled out of each attempt to update when presented with the option to "update now."

Much to my dismay, when I went to Lowe's earlier today, it installed without me agreeing, but so far, my drive modes page graphic still shows a TRX drivetrain.

Can anyone with the knowledge and experience create a replacement module for the telemetric box where we don't have to worry about this, but also provide some customizable options for the system? I'd pay solid money for that.

Would any of this update glitch crap have any bearing on text messages alerts not appearing on the infotainment screen and through the speakers? Also ever since this alert disappeared I now get a sirrus radio pop up in French all the time?? My truck is MY21 so updates are done manually at the dealership when I go for oil changes.

We all got the same wrong corrupted file.
Sending our VIN number online doesn’t sounds like a smart move. How about fixing it and send all of us a patch. Or work on a file that will undo the last one?
