New screen with update?

On Ocober 4th, my 2022 updated from FCA-MY23.T27.46-PROD to FCA-MY24.U29.44-PROD and I HATE the new blue generic guage graphics. The graphics went from decent to generic crap.

I still get the RHO drivetrain drive mode graphics and have to reset the radio 2 times and then I'll get the TRX drivetrain graphics back. Two days later, the f&$k!ng RHO graphics are back. Reset the radio 2 times and the TRX graphics return.
I was silently waiting knowing someday my turn would come. My 22 also updated around that same time frame. Same previous and post versions as you listed. Not going to get into gauges graphics etc it's all already been covered but @RamCares why are you continuing to still push software with know/reported issues. Freeze the ota updates until it's fixed.

Well, my latest update about a week ago (same version but it's updated I guess) seems to have fixed the stuff I care about. My gauges are all working and not freezing up anymore.

They have us by the nuts, to the point that if ANYTHINGS works again we cheer, this sucks, and I feel bad for the Jeep owners that got bricked.
This is not acceptable by any means and it should cost these guys millions but instead we are the ones getting screwed.

@RamCares - Here we are midway through October and people are still having issues with the RHO graphic. What's the latest update and when will the remaining issues be resolved? We need remediation dates and not possible dates.

Hi everyone,
As of this afternoon, we do not have any new information to provide. The fix AOTA specifically for the engine graphic is continuing to be pushed, and we are aware that there are multiple customers whose radios have not yet successfully downloaded, so that is being investigated currently. We expect to get more info to share on that specific issue.
We are also still waiting on the second round of fixes for the HP inaccuracies, which is currently still on track for an early November release (timing subject to change).

Still missing the second page of gauges. Only first page shows. Says 1 of 1

At one fix every 2 months (timing subject to change) we might have a working product again after what, a freaking year?!?!

Thanks Diamond. The quicker the better. This doesn't need to cost Ram future sales.

I was excited to have two pages about a week ago, but it lasted for exactly one drive and the second page hasn’t returned since. I was still showing 520 for hp.

I mean, aren't our TRXs bricked? They don't function as they should.
Are you also the type of person who, if your printer quits working, you tell the IT guy that all the printers in the building quit working, hoping that will get your issue resolved faster? ;)

Not trying to minimize anyone's issues here, but they are not bricked. Bricked means fully dead, no functioning at all. While gauges missing, wrong graphics, and other wonkiness is definitely nothing to ignore and should be addressed, if the truck runs and drives, its not bricked.

Now that my screens are working reasonable well, I'll asked again, does anyone know if there is an easy way to stop future updates? (Besides selling the truck.:)) e.g. like pulling a fuse or unpluging a wire?. Don't want to risk what's happening to Jeep owners now.

If you reset the radio, the second page of gauges will come back but it usually only lasts a day or so and then it is back to 1 page of gauges until another radio rest.

After numerous radio resets, the thing I care about least (V8 graphic).is the only thing that has been fixed, and only about 75% of the time. I have to reset radio the other 25%. I still only have 1 page of gauges, can’t change any drive modes except auto, RHO HP / TQ graphics (really don’t really care) and Car Play messes up about half the time. Maybe it would be best to be bricked so we could get some sense of urgency. At this rate, it could be 2027 🤦🏼‍♂️

Yes. Remove the telematics box. Ask @OnTheReel, he's the expert. Based on what I've read, it's not super easy, but it's not that difficult either.
