New screen with update?

What pisses me off is the fact that they are not telling WHY it is taking so long to fix and WHY so many people have different problems with the same (?) updates.

Are you guys getting directions forced to your gauge cluster now? I normally have my cluster set to display whatever music source I’m listening to so I can see the artist and song title. Now, if I am using CarPlay and Google Maps for directions somewhere, the direction arrows are forced in my cluster. I can’t get rid of them from my cluster. I have the heads up that shows it and I have it on the main screen but now I have it in a 3rd place which is my cluster which is super annoying. This on top of the fact I still get the Uconnect startup error every f’ing time I start my truck. I don’t know how there’s not a major recall or class action suit for this giant of a f up! Everything else on the truck is great but the user experience with the infotainment just sucks!

Mine was doing this. There is a setting in uconnect to turn this off. Was driving me nuts

Give them a break. If I recall, it seems a few months ago, the "last date" they promised to have this fixed would be by Oct 1st....Heck, that's less than a year away now.

Yeah, same phenomenon. Plus loosing the instrument panel's NAV cluster, loosing the ability to program driving modes and few more surprises.

Lacking any communication from RAM we are forced to speculate:
1) They lack the talent and expertise to fix the problems.
2) It's so fucked it's unfixable.
3) Gen1 TRX is over, and Gen2 is on the horizon; they just don't care.

Hi everyone,
We are relieved to see that the graphic are returning! This is great news. We know you'll have no problem letting us know if something doesn't look right- but just reiterating to tag us here or send a message if anything comes up.

We would love to snap our fingers and give you full screen Android Auto...but unfortunately that's not up to us in Customer Care. This is another item, along with self-service updates, that we continue to advocate for on your behalf!

Lastly, as we mentioned in a previous post, the incorrect HP is next on the list to be fixed through an AOTA. Right now, we're hearing October, but as we often have to say, this timing is subject to change at any time for any reason. We'll keep you posted for sure.

No, like it has been discussed. "Ram Cares" is referring to the listed HP in the UConnect which has absolutely nothing to do with your truck's actual HP.

And just like that after ~3 weeks of the hellcat motor graphics and 520hp, RAM clipped my other nut, dropped hp to 480 and the shit hurricane is back. @RamCares in Jerry Seinfeld's voice "whaaaat's the deal with that??" Oh I forgot to mention, my reverse camera locked up/froze again because why not.

I suppose the hurricane may have been there yesterday, but only drove it once and never checked. Joke is right. Has yours, or anyone else's, had the reverse camera lock up just after starting the truck?

On Ocober 4th, my 2022 updated from FCA-MY23.T27.46-PROD to FCA-MY24.U29.44-PROD and I HATE the new blue generic guage graphics. The graphics went from decent to generic crap.

I still get the RHO drivetrain drive mode graphics and have to reset the radio 2 times and then I'll get the TRX drivetrain graphics back. Two days later, the f&$k!ng RHO graphics are back. Reset the radio 2 times and the TRX graphics return.
