New screen with update?

I asked for transparency on what caused the issue, how it's being fixed, whose impacted, why the impacts reflect VINs differently, and why there is no communication to dealerships about this (no TSB), and my request was not answered.

I stated in my email that my gauges do not appear at all, and trying to open up performance pages either opens up the APP pages, or it resets back to "Home". They stated that this issue is unrelated and I should visit the dealership.

I suppose this doesn’t surprise me. Boiler plate response. But the “unrelated” part is a joke. Of course it’s related as it was fine until the infernal updates started screwing up everything. Many people have their gauges messed up to some degree.

I’m to the point where I’ve stopped driving the truck and driving my kids car. I’m tired of getting in it and having sh!t not work correctly. Now, randomly when I’m driving, I’ll get the u connect error on the screen. Hit ok and I’m good til I shut it off. Most times it happens when I first start it up. I hit ok on the error and go on. The graphics issue is still present. The damn directions in the gauge cluster overriding my normal selection, my sport mode flipping to auto mode. My TRX button not working 1/2 the time. It’s pathetic for why we spent on these things. @RamCares gives lip service saying they care a they’re working on it, but at the end of the day, their sh!t programmers don’t know their head from their a$$. It shouldn’t be this hard. There needs to be a class action lawsuit.

There needs to be a setting to turn off any and all "updates" on all cars. You pickup your truck, everything works perfect and your happy, you should be able to set it to NEVER CHANGE from the setting you have. Why update when it works and all you will do is screw it up ???? Also seen the same bullshit on other makes, but not near as bad. Right now my 23 works perfect, I want NO updates at all leave it alone.

Curious, what version do you have? I also have a 23, while its not showing some things correctly I do not have issues like others such as screen locking up/jumping or going out completely.

Im running version T27.46 everything works as it should with correct graphics, I live in the boonies so thank god it probably has no internet access

I read this the other day and it really hits home due to this software disaster and the way technology has been going the last decade or more.

So I'm ready to lose my mind. I have had an issue with carplay on occasion where it won't work even though the phone is connected. I'll go to "Device Manager" and click the Carplay icon a few times and usually it start to work. On the occasions that it connects and starts right away, I'll occasionally get unusable audio. This has NEVER happened prior to the last few weeks. The audio will just constantly skip/cutout. If I switch to bluetooth, it'll play fine. When I switch back to carplay it'll either work like normal, or it will skip/cut out. Another new thing is Carplay will be working and then all of a sudden completely drop the connection to my radio. It won't even connect to BT. I usually have to either power cycle the truck or phone to get it to come back if it doesn't come back on after a few minutes on it's own.

I forgot about this as well. I'll have a Carplay connection but no image for it and no audio.

This truck really is becoming unusable. I'm irritated EVERY time I drive it. This has been going since April(?) now and just gets progressively worse.

@RamCares give us some real updates. Escalate this to someone that can do something because wtf are we doing for 6 months?! 1/6 of the time of my ownership of this truck has been suffering with an absolute DOG SHIT infotainment experience. I get mistakes happen, but your ability to ACTUALLY resolve them in a timely fashion is what's important. I wasn't that upset even though the first fix was going to take until early July. That ended up only resulting in a temporary fix of the graphics for a key cycle before reverting. The graphics are there now after the September(?) update, but ALL the other problems are still there and this is really becoming a miserable experience.

I know I've said it before, but I went against my better judgment of never buying an FCA product after our awful experience with our Grand Cherokee Summit to get this truck. Never again!

Realistically I know RAM doesn't give a shit. They have our money and we're basically screwed. My only way to fight this back is to talk anyone I know out of buying an FCA vehicle in the future. Thankfully, most of my friends and family aren't dumb enough to make this mistake like I did....TWICE. Fool me once, blah blah blah.

My truck just did the update (I’m a 2022 level 2)

It changed the performance pages screen.

It sucks.

Anyway to get the old screen back?

I did factory reset and kept saying no to update and mine has been ok since reset (hopefully don’t jinx myself now saying this). Who else has tried to do factory reset and fixed or not fixed this clusterfuck of an issue?

I did the same, it stopped the upgrafe loop i was in. Biggest problem i see now is customizing auto and custum drive modes is fucked up. The setup keep defaulting back to auto settings.

What version do you have?
I got the 35.26. So far the issues I’ve noticed were:
Drive modes - can’t customize them
NAV on the instruments cluster - works occasionally on the first start of the day
Performance pages - changes every few days, from not having them at all, to 2 pages and one, and wrong HP.
Very unstable software.
@RamCares , what we had before was a stable RHO graphics and performance pages, what we have now is partially usable functions.
