As I wrote in the DM, I think this issue is far more than just a graphics error. The screens and the Uconnect software are basically replacing most of the truck’s good old physical switches and have a direct correlation with the truck functionality.
Since the company pushed this unnecessary update to our trucks, we’re all experiencing functional degradation and glitches. The new fix, version U35.26 is no different.
Thousands of trucks are affected and I truly think that the management should have already issued a formal statement acknowledging it and offering a solution.

I'm assuming I've gotten the new AOTA because I now no longer have the Dashboard tab when going into the Vehicle settings. WTF

It takes some time and few turn key cycles and you’ll probably have more available functions up and running. This new version is far from stable.

Hi JJ -- we shared your missing dash tab with the software team and were told it SHOULD reload and show up after a few key cycles or within 24 hours, once it syncs (similar to what @HellYeah said). Can you let us know if you're seeing it today?

@2pacolypse as we've mentioned before, the AOTA is specifically the graphics fix — we are aware that most of you in this thread and elsewhere have experienced other issues as well, and we are continuing to pass those back to the software team.
We look forward to getting this specific fix out and then following up to ensure we can address the other issues you've been experiencing.

The second page of gauges appeared today and this is day 4 with the Hellcat, so I'm betting I got the new AOTA. Over the last two days the UConnect maps don't display traffic or POI's. I'll give it another day before I call Ram Connect. At this point, I'd rather go back to the Hurricane and single page of gauges if I could get traffic back.

I tried Android Auto. Everything is the normal half screen horseshit, but no jumpiness.

I had 2 days with the Hellcat graphics and very unstable software, now I got the RHO back, the instability stayed.

Mine is the same, gauges come and go but the TRX graphics have remained for over a week. Navigation is also the same.

My turbo graphics are now supercharger graphics. The RHO chassis has been replaced with the TRX chassis. My second page of gauges will only load if i do a soft reset of the raido. My drive modes are still not working correctly. The drive mode stays on auto, I have lost the ability to customize the drive modes since day 1 and am waiting on that to be restored. I'm not sure what else is not working correctly. I am very disappointed with Ram.
After 80k miles, I am on my second motor, 2nd radiator, 3rd water pump, and a dash that has not worked correctly in the last several months.

Hi,

I got the RHO graphics back again after two days and a handful of new glitches and problems.
If RAM software department gave a green light to this version, it might shows that the debriefing process the company had for the original mistake didn’t work.

Diamond, please move it up the food chain, thousands of trucks are impacted !. Software glitches and switches that aren’t working are much bigger issue than just looking at a duck looking IL6 graphics.

RAM management still has an opportunity to win the crowds back again. A management figure should acknowledge their responsibility and lay down a plan to fix it all.

Well thats not our problem its up to ram to make it able to roll back to what the truck came with, you messed it up you fix it. Truck was perfect when delivered, thats what we ALL want.

Before the incompetent roll out of the over the air updates that screwed up every TRX within reach of an American cell tower, my original Dyno/Engine page showed 1500 hp / ft-lb on the graph. First problem update reduced it to 750. Today (U35.26-PROD) page 1 shows 600 with room on the graph to reach 750, but page 2 stops at 600 on hp and has the torque measurements in NM reaching max at 1080 joules. Who ITF would ever want torque measurements in NM?
