Some more than others. The only issue I have is RHO graphics, a missing page of gauges, and the wrong horsepower graph. I would like to see those things get fixed, but if they don't, it won't change how much I like this truck.

This is something that’s much easier to DIY by following our directions instead of trying to explain it to a shop. The basics are…pull the upper glove box and unplug the TBM. Run a jumper wire from the brown to the blue Fakra plugs that used to go into the TBM (to maintain GPS & SXM). And then disable the telematics settings under ECUCONFIG 18 in AlfaOBD or JScan.

Given the reaction to these botched OTA updates, a lot of people here really should do this when/if Ram pushes an update that actually works.

I'm on day 5 or 6 with consistent TRX graphics (motor and supercharger), but still the 520 HP chart. My 2nd page of gauges randomly comes and goes. Luckily haven't had the screen lock up and reset or had the dancing screen since last weekend.

Either too late or too early depending upon how you look at it. They still have some stuff left to fix in this software, so better off waiting. Once everything is working 100% again I’d ditch all that stuff immediately. Otherwise they might wind up breaking it again in the future. Plus, I just prefer keeping my possessions “dumb” and not “connected”. At least to the extent it’s possible these days.

My screen locked up once after the 35.26 update, but a couple of ignition cycles fixed it. Never had the dancing screen...seems like a Carplay issue??

Agreed 100%. Once I found a Tazer software that consistently worked for everything iwanted it too, i left it alone. Im willing to forgo some fancy nannies at the risk of losing the core shit i use every day. Example: i just want my custom drive mode back and my home screen gauges widget. Is that too much to ask?? Keep all the fancy graphics that intermittently work. Been like 2 months now and still no gauges

I have Android! I wonder if that would negate issues with carplay? I know carplay is for apple.. Just wonder if Android would have similar issues?

Agreed 100%. Once I found a Tazer software that consistently worked for everything iwanted it too, i left it alone. Im willing to forgo some fancy nannies at the risk of losing the core shit i use every day. Example: i just want my custom drive mode back and my home screen gauges widget. Is that too much to ask?? I do use CarPlay so can’t say for sure that it isn’t the issue. But at least I can say it’s definitely nothing to do with the newest iOS because I uncovered the jumping screen problem all the way back in March when I installed a 2025 radio.

This glitch, as far as I know, only exists on a software version that originally went out to 2025s (which offer the 14.5” screen). So I thought maybe it’s something to do with the radio mistaking or forgetting the size of the screen that’s connected. Because when it does it, it cuts off all of the bottom and top buttons…almost like it thinks there’s more screen space than there is. Then the boxes just kinda dance up and down on screen.

The only way I found to snap it out of this is a cold reboot. Which incidentally gets these radios detect (or re-detect) the screen size via the LVDS connection.

I had the jumpy screen on my 2023 TRX after the last update a month or so back. Was real convenient too since I was trying to use Android auto to navigate somewhere. The reboot didn't help. After a few days it figured it out. But then left with I6 graphics and drive nodes that don't work.

This has nothing to do with Android Auto and the jumpy screen. This is all these stupid updates that aren't needed. The updates are for the RHO and never should have been pushed to our TRXs. It has a completely new electrical architecture that is not compatible with the TRX.

They have effectively bricked our TRXs.

Its finally back for me. I park deep underground and I've never once seen it actually begin an update. Yesterday it did when I parked outside briefly. Today, my drive mode graphics show the hemi and not the RHO engine

Mine is still doing the dance when it feels like it three weeks after the update to 35.26. Never know what I’m going to get when I start it, it’s either perfectly fine or completely fucked.

Tap the manual HVAC fan button up or down once. Stops the dancing and returns the touchscreen function buttons for me

Tap one of the manual HVAC fan buttons when it dances. Should fix it

@RamCares two new issues to report. On top of all the daily freezes, reboots, blank/unusable screen issues, my backup camera is now bricked. It just produces a blue screen and says backup system unavailable. I verified and re-seated the connection to the camera and nothing changes. I do not believe my camera just magically went bad. Then add to the list that my truck now has a constant check engine light despite producing no trouble codes. Probably because of the camera issue. This has rendered remote start useless now too. Your terrible development team has now turned my 100k truck into a semi-useless piece of shit. All they had to do was roll back the last update. This is incredibly common in the world of software development. What a joke

Got a 23, still have the graphics issue and defaulting back to auto. But after many soft restarts and ignition cycles got rid of the dancing screen. Although my navigation screen on dash doesn't work, just blank. Anyone else got this issue and know how to fix?

Damn.. When I read stories like yours.. Makes me really question if I want to get a TRX.. I'd be pretty damn mad if I bought it and started to have issues like that.. Sucks you have to go through this..
