New screen with update?

Damn.. When I read stories like yours.. Makes me really question if I want to get a TRX.. I'd be pretty damn mad if I bought it and started to have issues like that.. Sucks you have to go through this..
If you don’t have one right now I would wait a bit and see if it gets sorted out. At this point I don’t think it ever does it’s so bad. I plan on just using a Bluetooth speaker placed in the passenger seat like I do in vehicles without radios.
 
Tap the manual HVAC fan button up or down once. Stops the dancing and returns the touchscreen function buttons for me
Thanks if it does it again I’ll give it a try. This morning I got this and the screen has been normal since.

That was the plan! I'll definitely be serious within 6 months

I got version 35.26 yesterday. Managed somehow through the dancing screen, got the right engine graphic this morning, still smaller than we use to have when we got the car. The biggest problem currently is that the modes page is basically non functional, except for the AUTO mode. I can change modes using the TRX modes control panel but it wont show the change on the driving modes page.

My previous version was U29.44, the RHO version, apparently. The smaller graphics, wrong engine and pages, slow to react, but at least it worked.

My new “updated” version arrived a couple of days after @RamCares lady told me over the phone that my version is up to date and that she didn’t know anything about any software issues.

Amazing.

I test drove a TRX while my wife was shopping for her car.. I fell in love instantly.. She asked me yesterday "What was the truck you test drove and had a boner over?" LOL.. I told her the TRX!! There's one for sale here in Yuma.. But it has 43k miles and they're asking close to $85k. I believe it's a 2022..

43k miles isn't bad at all for a 2022. If it's a L2 and has a clean Carfax, then get them to knock off another $5k to 8k and toss in a 100k mile extended warranty and make the deal.

I'll probably wait till they get these bugs figured out.. LOL
 
Got a 23, still have the graphics issue and defaulting back to auto. But after many soft restarts and ignition cycles got rid of the dancing screen. Although my navigation screen on dash doesn't work, just blank. Anyone else got this issue and know how to fix?
Anybody experiencing the dashboard navigation stop working?
 
You know, I am sure Mr. CEO Tim K. knows all about us/the BEST TRX FORUM (I think he's even posted?) BUT...it sure seems to me that whoever "owns" this forum, or has the insider info (Butter or?), if they would be willing to reach out in an official capacity on behalf of the "majority of TRX owners" (might be a stretch...But a lot of us!) to get this information on his desk, and how utterly bad @RamCares has handled this cluster#$^%, Maybe, we could get some real help to this mess that was never intended for our 14inch Uconnect.

And the way I see this whole thing, is there must be a financial reason why they will not roll us back, or it is a more sinister reason; selling our info, tracking us, etc. or maybe just having everyone on the same release.

Either way, I would love to see Mr. K get wind of this...My hope would be that he would deal with it, and quickly. Come on mods...Lets get this going, it may be our only real hope!

Ramcares has absolutely nothing to do with this disaster. They just pass along our gripes to the software team and then report back to us what fixes are coming.

but my question/ suggestion Still Remains... we should try to get this debacle up to the CEO to resolve. He is a Gearhead, he loves the trx, and I'm relatively sure he would not appreciate what is going on here. In my humble opinion that is!
