I discussed this with a dealer on Friday. According to them, Ram needed an update to the RHO and instead of sending out a recall and let the dealerships do the update. Ram is trying to save money and do the OTA update. Court cost will be much more than the savings.

I've said it before. They aren't selling a TRX right now. They have announced for 26 one is coming back supposedly. Strangely there are no details of when our what options.

The RHO needed an update and it was pushed out to all trucks. So now we are stuck with RHO graphics and less HP. this will never be fixed until the actual next TRX comes out. By then they will say our Uconnect is too old to update. Tough shit...

A standard Uconnect update does not affect the vehicle's actual horsepower
. Uconnect updates and engine performance are handled by two separate and isolated systems within the vehicle. - Google

Last week the truck was back to “normal,” it had all TRX logos, both pages of gauges, and was no longer glitching. It was amazing for an entire weekend it all worked. Get in the truck this morning and I have RHO graphics, only a single page of gauges, and about 30-60 seconds into being on Carplay goes blank and just shows an empty background, it keeps working but the screen is gone.

WTF @RamCares how can it work properly for 5 days and then fuck off again…

From what I've been told by a reputable tuner is that it's a syncing issue with the BCM due to the botched FOTA. Perhaps someone that understands how all this shit "works together" better can explain/correct me further.

Still No Update - October 1st.

Just following up here, I'm still on version T27.46 on my TRX and still seeing the RHO graphics and lower HP display.
I took my TRX to the dealer last week and picked it up yesterday 9/30 and they confirmed I'm on the latest available firmware. So despite what we were told there's still no update available to correct the graphics or restore the proper performance displays, but there's also zero coordination with dealerships on how to address this issue.

RamCares previously stated that an update would be rolled out by the end of September 2025, but here we are on October 1st, and nothing has changed. These repeated delays without clear communication are unacceptable, especially for owners who paid for a premium vehicle and expect it to perform and appear as advertised.

We need a REAL update. Not another vague timeline or empty assurance. What's the actual status of the fix, and when can we expect it to roll out?

If a fix really exists or is in development, where is the Service Bulletin? Instead, owners are left in the dark, and dealers don't know anything either. At this point, it's clear this isn't just a minor delay, it's a widespread problem that should already have an official fix documented and available through dealerships.

Owners deserve better communication and action. The issue impacts core functionality and presentation of a premium vehicle we paid top dollar for.

1. Please provide a clear status update. A real, no-fluff update with concrete information. Not another postponed date or vague promise.
2. Confirmation of a Service Bulletin tied to this issue.
3. Clear communication and coordination with dealerships, so they know how to support affected owners.
4. Transparency on what caused the issue, how it's being fixed, who is impacted, and why the impacts reflect different VINs differently.

Well credit where its due, finally got the T27.46 and (knock wood) so far its perfect, zero issues. Correct graphics, everything works perfect, all guage screens, audio and maps great. I will say as well it seems to run better so im guessing it tweeked the shift points, timing ,fuel whatever but for sure it does run slightly better as well as slightly firmer feeling shocks. Who really knows but if this update sticks around im pretty happy with it. So far mileage dropped .2 mpg on my same routes at same speed and im 100% OK with that for sure with the added "feel" of the truck. I never would have even checked the version had I not got up the street and was like "umm thats feels really nice for auto mode?" Check to see if it was in custom or auto and auto for sure then went right to the screen and bam a hellcat motor, then checked the version. Oh well we shall see how it goes.

27.46 is old, your truck will update to 34 at some point. Mine was stable on 27, just all the wrong graphics/info. It is now on 34 which is both unstable and has all the wrong graphics/info.

35.26 has my graphics correct for V8 and supercharger. I'm still low on the HP/Torque range for the graph on the propulsion page 1 and even lower on graph range on page 2. Lol...and my Torque on page 2 is in Newton Meters not Ft-lbs.

My drive modes are still messed up. Keeps reverting back to AUTO and will not allow me to make all the adjustments I could make before these FOTA started dropping.

I haven't checked everything. I'm sure there are other problems I haven't come across yet.
