FCA-MY24.U35.26-PROD Is the newest, but the over the air update for the graphics doesnt change that.

Thanks for confirming. My images have now updated and are correct as of this morning. Less concerned about the images really and more concerned with screens and functions working right again.

Hi there, we have sent this over to our internal team for review. As @JKMTRX mentioned, it is supposed to disapper. Please let us know if a soft reset does not fix this concern.

My graphics are fixed, was bouncing around all over the place on the way to work this morning, tried resetting with no changes. But like before, when I got in it this afternoon everything was fine, graphics are good, pages are there, only thing not fixed is the HP graph…still showing 540. Then I got crazy, updated my iPhone to 26, got in the TRX to see the new CarPlay screen and of course was jacked up some, do I restarted my phone and that fixed all CarPlay stuff. Gives you a few more options to customize Looks pretty cool I guess

@RamCares...The more important question is ( for me anyway) when are we going to fix all the graphics including the horsepower page? Just putting the TRX back on the main screen doesn't fix the entire software for the trx. What is wrong with you guys? Why don't you take those offshore programmers and at least send them a picture of what it's supposed to look like, maybe then you will finally put this thing to bed after how many months now?

Geez Louise guys it can't be that hard. Unless you're somebody who doesn't speak English and you don't even understand what's supposed to be fixed...

We are relieved to see that the graphic are returning! This is great news. We know you'll have no problem letting us know if something doesn't look right- but just reiterating to tag us here or send a message if anything comes up.

We would love to snap our fingers and give you full screen Android Auto...but unfortunately that's not up to us in Customer Care. This is another item, along with self-service updates, that we continue to advocate for on your behalf!

Lastly, as we mentioned in a previous post, the incorrect HP is next on the list to be fixed through an AOTA. Right now, we're hearing October, but as we often have to say, this timing is subject to change at any time for any reason. We'll keep you posted for sure.

Aaaaannnnnndddddd I spoke too soon. The Labor Day weekend brought the Uconnect error back. This sucks.

I get that shot all the time. Been in the shop 2 times for it. They replaced the antenna once and then some electronic module the second time. I have just settled on not fixing it unless I lose climate control or the ability to get FM radio. It’s the same deal with the window leak repair. Delayed, delayed, backordered, oh..now we just shove some sealant in the crease and call it good. Shall I continue with driveshaft. (Sorry for the rant, I’m calmer now).

I am so tired of this! Nothing has been corrected for me. Hellcat comes and goes, still have a turbo gauge and my drive mode always goes back to auto. Don't get all relieved Ram Cares because this is nowhere being corrected.

Hi, thanks for the updates.
A couple of questions as someone that is still waiting for the update. I own the 2024 FE and my current software is MY24.U29.44.
Will I see a different version when I’ll get the fix?
What is the right version for my truck?
I just saw that there are different versions out there that share similar issues.

I checked mine Monday and had the correct TRX graphics, but still wouldn't stay in the selected mode, goes back to auto in the 12" screen, correct in the cluster. HP still at 520 and 1 page of gauges. Checked again just a minute ago and it was still the same, so for shits and giggles did one reset even tho I said I wasn't going to keep resetting it. Now 2 out of 4, correct TRX graphic and 2 pages of gauges. We will see how long it lasts, but had correct graphics since Monday.

2023 TRX and none of the issues are updated. I still have RHO graphics, HP numbers are still RHO HP, the font and app size are still smaller than before, and the mode select on screen still does not match dash mode. Man…. love the truck but this software issue is starting to really bug me. Sorry forum, I had to vent.

Same situation with my 2024. I think @RamCares said it would happen gradually for all of us.
I have stopped trying to reset the Uconnect when I realized it always reverted back to the RHO version.

Same. I had page two for a couple of starts, now it’s gone again. Still have a V8 graphic. Have you tried a factory reset?

While I have yet to "experience" anything BUT RHO graphics in my 24 FE, I did do a hard reset in my anger...That is what caused my propulsion screen to go from RHO 520hp...to my special "480hp (wherever the heck THAT came from!) So, I would NOT do the hard reset, because it did nothing for me...Of course all this is IMHO only!

But I will say this...That "R" is starting to grow on me...Soon it may be at Raptorforum..."I'm Back!"

@RamCares...don't rest on your laurels because one guy is happy... "The needs of the many, out way the needs of the few" Spock...

Oh and I will not tell you to "live long and prosper" either... UNTILL YOU PERMANTLY FIX THIS!
