I think I found the problem. Last year Stellantis fired 400 of their technology and software staff; all of the people that know how to successfully build and push out software updates are gone.

Tavares thought that was a good way to save money. Look where that got us .

Hi everyone,
The current timeframe we've been provided to have all customers affected by the graphics problem is the end of this month (August). While we are hopeful this timing will be met, we do need to caveat any timing with our normal statement that timing is subject to change at any time for any reason.
As we have also explained in previous posts, updates are rolled out in smaller waves, so the end of month timing is for ALL customers to have received the update. We should begin to see the small launches roll out the week of August 18th. Again, that timing is subject to change, but this is the most accurate information we have at this time.
We will continue to provide updates as quickly as we can, especially if we are made aware of any delays to this timing.

Mine went back to the Hellcat Sunday, and gone again by yesterday morning. Did the same thing on 7/15 - Hellcat for a day, then gone.

For those customers who are also receiving the U35.26 update, this campaign had initially been paused to help stop the AOTA update that caused the RHO graphics problem. The FOTA campaign has been restarted to customers who were paused at the T branch of software to make sure you all are up to date.

The specific AOTA fix for the graphics is still forthcoming. We expect there may be some of you that experience the same thing other customers experienced in July, where the TRX graphics return for a short time and then revert to the incorrect graphics. Again, timing for that specific fix is scheduled to complete for everyone by the end of this month.

As some of you have also noticed, we do expect 24-48 hours, or several key cycles, for the FOTA update to fully sync, for AOTA to occur, and for all features that may be affected during the update itself to restore. This is normal for FOTA updates across all of our vehicle lines/radios.

Just got in my truck and after getting the trx and my 2 pages of gauges back. It’s reverted back to all the rho turd crap.
So here’s my rage face

I got my update notice last night about 9pm. So I let it sit overnight to give it plenty of time. Fired it up about 1pm today and it's much worse than before. My center screen is all F'd Up. The only thing that was retained was my XM settings. Now the performance pages are completely gone and no digital gauges at all. Yeah buddy, one (maybe two) giant steps backwards. I'll let it sit a day or so before I bad mouth it too much since I've seen things restore after few days. Hopefully it will this time too.

On the good side, the truck still seems to run great. If I were running a company with this sort of customer support, I'd fire them all.

My Uconnect works just fine. I wish they would just leave it alone! I don't need any updates.
