Beta Tester here! Hellcat has remained after multiple factory resets. Performance pages show 600 HP but not 700HP and shows twin screw in propulsion Gauges show twin screw on boost when available. I have to restart the radio each time I get the second page of gauges show up and the short cut when you use them on the home screen does not go to the gauges. I also now have all the trailer tow pages on the dashboard.

However, the update completely sucks because I can no longer select sport mode from the drive mode page, the option to select paddle shifters on/off is gone on all drive modes, the gauges are sporadic, the font is tiny and almost unreadable on most pages, there is still a blue band glitch when I hit the TRX button for the drive modes and the overall aesthetic of all the pages looks terrible compared to the original pages when I bought the truck.

Verdict: Good Job fixing the hellcat motor and twin screw graphics..
Functionality= Complete FAILURE!

@RamCares here is your BETA tester update to share with your Software Engineers that apparently have no idea what they are doing. Whomever is managing this has completely failed. @RamCares please send this to your CEO so that maybe just maybe he can get this fixed for us. I would like to again respectfully ask that you return our software version back to the OG version that came with our trucks. You are losing customers every day this clown show continues.

I guess this is what I have to live with everyday it goes back and forth between the hellcat and the rho graphics I don't understand why it keeps changing back and forth

My 2022 TRX was back to the TRX graphic last week, but switched back to the RHO graphic yesterday. WTF RAM.

Makes one wonder if it was a software problem keeping ram from collecting money anyone believe it would take this long to fix? So @RamCares why are we having to deal with it for this long? Should have been fixed first week it was brought to attention! Guess we need to offer up a cash prize to crack your software and let all use as desired. Anyone with expertise in this please just crack their system so we can backload the better software it is apparent ram don't give one fuck unless they are pulling money from your pocket! Yours are already getting light ram I would quit fucking your customers and just fix the problems you have caused unless you would like that trend to continue. You are tanking yourselves!

Ram knows about it now brought it up to the dealership got the printout time is ticking ram. @RamCares you all should get on this before people initiate buy backs. It seems to be effecting more trucks than it is not, that would be a recall. You say it's not but this may be messing up powertrains. No one will know until its too late! This should have been top priority especially when all the buzz is you are trying to drop a new one. Well if you can't fix the original why the hell would we jump to the new model. Dig your heads out and fix this already!

Mine was back to the Hellcat engine in drive modes yesterday. With my situation seemed only thing that did change was that a couple few weeks ago had nothing wrong until then. All seems fixed now. We will see, all seems correct hopefully everyone will be getting software corrected. @RamCares did the updated software go out? If not when will it?

It does make me wonder if I should buy another Stellantis product if they can't fix this. Again, I don't understand why they don't just backout the update and restore what was working. (My gauges are FU again) It they can't explain why, maybe they just don't care. Talk is cheap!

Mine went back to the Hellcat Sunday, and gone again by yesterday morning. Did the same thing on 7/15 - Hellcat for a day, then gone.

Well shit that is not what we need! Are your gauges fucked up as well or you just missing the Hellcat like mine was? This is very strange how it seems to effect trucks differently. Shouldn't it be the same in all especially if it was a bad update. My question is why are the symptoms caused different. I think there is more to this we are not being told. How many or you are aware of the huge hack that happened? I only knew about it because it shut down my dealerships systems for days. I was in for service and overheard what they didn't tell anyone. That happened round the beginning of the year mid we get our software fucked up they can't seem to fix it. @RamCares is this a ransom situation because I know you had to pay out to regain control with that hack and never told a single customer their data was compromised is this fallout from that? What a shit show!

Fully agree. I understand this issue has been going on since April 2025 (but this thread is a year old, from August 2024).

BUT, it did not affect my TRX until mid July 2025. I had hellcat graphics up until July 2025, and it's been on RHO graphics since then.

I have not experienced getting hellcat graphics for a day, and reverting back to RHO graphics like other users have commented.

Still don't understand why it hit my TRX mid July 2025, when the update was supposedly recalled months before then according to @RamCares
