New screen with update?

Fully agree. I understand this issue has been going on since April 2025 (but this thread is a year old, from August 2024).

BUT, it did not affect my TRX until mid July 2025. I had hellcat graphics up until July 2025, and it's been on RHO graphics since then.

I have not experienced getting hellcat graphics for a day, and reverting back to RHO graphics like other users have commented.

Still don't understand why it hit my TRX mid July 2025, when the update was supposedly recalled months before then according to @RamCares

This is one of the threads it ended up in. Believe there are several that got pulled into this topic. Most have been wondering that, Why did we get weird shit after the pause! My dealership was unaware of it until me. Had an oil change got it back with the rho engine. Mine did not have the problem until then so I asked did you all plug in and update my rig they said no asked them then what the fuck is this wanted to see how much they knew and how honest they would be. They took it back checked the log and it said an aota was pushed to my TRX the Friday before so ram was still sending it out. They then tracked down and printed me off the star bulletin showing ram is aware but they were never told anything about it. Happens there were 4 other TRX trucks in for service so I inquired and they were all disappointed to find out their Hellcats had left the chat as well. Im told there is a fix coming but when who the fuck knows this should have just been a rollback to better software until a fix not only that but updates should be selective and controlled by the end user.

Well shit that is not what we need! Are your gauges fucked up as well or you just missing the Hellcat like mine was? This is very strange how it seems to effect trucks differently. Shouldn't it be the same in all especially if it was a bad update. My question is why are the symptoms caused different. I think there is more to this we are not being told. How many or you are aware of the huge hack that happened? I only knew about it because it shut down my dealerships systems for days. I was in for service and overheard what they didn't tell anyone. That happened round the beginning of the year mid we get our software fucked up they can't seem to fix it. @RamCares is this a ransom situation because I know you had to pay out to regain control with that hack and never told a single customer their data was compromised is this fallout from that? What a shit show!

Gauge screen is still glitchy and still shows the turbo boost gauge.

This past ridiculous already. Copy the old code give it a new name and load it as new.
Seems simple.

Same exact thing happened to me. I read about the insanity on 4/18 and as I was driving to the dealership for an oil change, I took a picture of the Hellcat. Literally as well pulled into the bay, the software update notification popped up and I closed it. 45 minutes later, I was neutered.

This is ridiculous should have been fixed day one! Thing I really can't understand is why it cannot just be restored to the last software that worked.

Woo fuck a turbo boost gauge. Mine did not do any of that just the engine graphics. Again I ask @RamCares how is it different from one truck to the next? If the software was the same so should be the symptoms, there is something we are not being told here!

So. Update required two ignition restarts for the system to be usable. After the first boot the screen went blank and then started, but no buttons on the bottom of the screen for Climate, Carplay, Vehicle etc. Then the home screen kept resizing itself to full screen, then slightly smaller than full screen and would not stop. Carplay connected at this point and did the same thing. Turned it off and then start it later and everything booted. I now have Alexa at the top where I had my shortcut button for the cameras. So now I have to go in and figure out how to change that again. Also, we still have the RHO graphics. Also, Now when I press a drive mode, it'll show the button selected and the components will show they have changed to whatever mode they are supposed to be in but the button defaults back to "Auto". First time this is happening for me. So basically this is worse than the fix and also somehow worse than the update before it where the Hellcat graphics were changed to the RHO. God damn this company is garbage. @RamCares What is going on here? Let's get some answers. FCA is reliable about being one thing, and that is being unreliable. Christ.

I have the exact same issues. Just received the SW update which took a while to install but it is unusable right now…and still RHO graphics along with unusable drive mode and no gauges for now. Will keep trying….

I did this update as well, first two starts the system was glitchy, within 24hours it was all back to normal.

So far I’ve had the TRX image, but I’m missing my second page of gauges and they’re still in RHO range.

I think I found the problem. Last year Stellantis fired 400 of their technology and software staff; all of the people that know how to successfully build and push out software updates are gone.

Did the update yesterday evening. At first it was super glitchy with all the buttons on the bottom missing. Then somehow I had the button to lower my side steps (I've never had that activated). This morning, no glitches, but the side step lower button is gone. My Auto drive mode only has three options. TRX graphic for drive modes is back but I haven't looked at the gauges part yet. @RamCares this is bullshit and you keep making my truck worse!!
