You do have to give it some time after update to pick up the correct vehicle features. Things like the weird temperature displays and missing performance pages will work themselves out. Factory reset helps it along.
The bad news is I ran a radio on U35.26 in my TRX for awhile and it was still shit. Glitches with the drive modes, RHO graphics, gauges coming and going etc. New bonus glitch was the screen occasionally losing the proper sizing/ format causing the buttons on the bottom to disappear and the pages to jump up and down. Needed to cold reboot when that happened.

Mine was so bad (and dangerous - e.g. no mirrors) that I decided to reset it to factory defaults. After 3 or 4 minutes everything recovered and I had to reconfigure to my likes. If anyone knows how to stop these updates without breaking something else (seriously) please let me know.

It's time for legal action. Any lawyers on this forum that are qualified to start a class action lawsuit? I think the boys and girls here would be more than happy to Pony up some money to get this rolling.

@RamCares I've tried private messaging you guys about my truck but no response yet. My dealer did a firmware update and it caused issues the dealer can't fix. It's been a month and half at dealer and they claim RAM hasn't come up with a solution for them to fix it. Techs are left scratching their heads. Please help.
That beats what the software engineers back at RAM are scratching.
I tried to avoid the update but it took yesterday. So far (as reported by many) the V8 graphic is fixed, however ... lost gauges, race cooling, all options for suspension changes....and so far, only the AUTO setting can be altered whatsoever. Did get the climate graphic back but oddly, the AM radio does not work at all (probably come back at some point). Overall a total fail. Because the TRX is such a sweet package overall, living with the clunk, missing interior lights, and misaligned body panels has been tolerable as I can fix them myself and move on. But these continual update fails actually bother me more as I can't correct them and I use the messed up pages and options all the time. Going back to previous software versions seems like a no brainer but RAM refuses (or is incapable?) of doing that. Combined with seeing the myriad of unresolved RHO issues, Barring a major course correction, I really can't imagine ever choosing another CJDR vehicle again....
Mine just did an update a hour ago. Nothing I could do to stop it. It went full retard after the update. I went thru all the pages to see what had changed then did a raido reset. I did this 4 times. Each time something changed. On the 4th reset it seems the update has settled in.
My engine icon changed to the V6 on a previous update and would bounce back and forth from the V8 to V6 then a few days later back again. It is back to the V8 at the moment. Most of my gauges that vanished, came back except I now have a turbo on the boost gauge on the radio and twin screws on the dash gauge. My hp chart dropped from 1500 scale to 750hp scale
The auto start disable control button that showed after the update changed to a mirror dimmer button after the 3rd raido reset.
Started the day with T27.46 and now have U29.44.
I'm sure there are more things to discover that will make my blood boil.
I'm all in on joining a class action lawsuit if one gets started! Once this God awful update gets corrected, I'm pulling the dash out of this thing and I'm gonna have a come to Jesus meeting with that little black box.

Checked yesterday and had 29.44 with RHO graphics, woke up to 35.26 with the same graphics. The gauges seem to be the same for me with one page, but not really sure what Im supposed to have being I hardly go into the performance pages. The one thing that has now changed is as others have said, when changing driving modes it goes back to auto, but when I looked I'm in the mode I selected, it just doesn't indicate that on the 12" screen, but does on the other at the wheel. Not sure if that's true for everyone, but for me it is.

Yep. Everyday it gets harder and harder to justify keeping this vehicle. Honestly, it's just the motor. That's what made me buy it and that's what I keep telling myself each time I deal with the garbage CJDR dealers, software updates that ruin functionality, and whatever problem every other auto manufacturer has figured out that FCA can't seem to get a handle on. Not that I was planning on every shopping another FCA vehicle before this debacle, but I definitely won't be doing that now.
Have a question for everyone. Are you, especially those of you who have had the graphics come back, allowing Uconnect to connect via your Wi-Fi when you're at home? Or is this the over-the-air that happens even when that is turned off? Curious minds want to know..

Have not ever nor will I ever connect the truck to any wifi. Mine is ota and graphics are still rho. If they ever get this corrected im wrapping my whole truck in aluminum foil.
