First shots 2025 TRX test mule

My thought was they would put the 392 in it for 2024. That way they would have both, even if it was a single year. If they had to drop the 6.2 for 2025MY, there is still a Hemi in one people would buy. I would do like you said but save the hurricane for a hybrid setup. If you going to sacrifice sound, at least make the thing WAY more faster
I’d buy a 392 trx if the hellcat was no longer available. I’d get the 392 over the raptor, but if the trx gets a 6 cylinder I’ll probably get a 37 raptor when I no longer daily my current trx.

I'm keeping my Trex for a few more years and then going full electric next with a RAM or even TRX EV. I know I will be happier(less sad) with an EV than with a V6.
The TRX is 95% engine fun.
Even that mule driver was embarrassed stepping on the pedal and hearing that shit box go at the light.

Maybe RAM gets the battery game right by that time and gives us a somewhat decent EV.

Yes I'm a dreamer but whos got better ideas

Bro. Those tow mirrors are so ass😂😂

All electric TRX... It would be nessary to have two campsites every time I camped. One to park the camper and one to charge the truck. Crazy!!!!!!

If there is gonna be an electric trx and a 6 cylinder trx this forum is gonna be insane. They should probably just change this forum to a gen 1 trx forum only.

Totally! I can see the 300 pg thread now debating which TRX is best. The 6.2L folks will say nothing compares to the visceral sound and feel of the old school supercharged TRX. The EV folks will conclude theirs is the best because of the incredible, flat torque curve. The I6 folks. . . well, all they'll be able to tout to argue their TRX is the best is their fuel mileage.

Depends on the camper. I parked my Rivian at the same campsite with my trailer every weekend and had the trailer plugged into the 30amp and truck into the 50amp. At the few sites without 50amp hookups I plugged the trailer to 20 and truck to 30.

That’s not camping.

I'm hoping the engine sound is coming from camera guys truck.

They did away with the LED Amber rear turn signals in the tail lamps which look like the back of a Ford Raptor now. I still cannot believe that these are the production tail lamps. Ram is willing to show them without camo but they still hide the new headlight design?? Looks like the multifunction tailgate is making its way over the new TRX. Notice it is hidden under camo.

Well, might be a decent $40k truck for someone looking for a 6 cylinder.

Where are you seeing the MFT?

LOL not many choices. Raptors still selling theirs for 10-20k over msrp without steering wheel heating option. Either theyd price them to compete with the raptors 80-100k. If they price them equally to the 24s thad be a hard sell imho.

I personally like the amber rear turn signals. I recall reading that amber turn signals catch the eye better also.
