The $40k was kind of a joke, but really, about all I would ever pay for that truck, lol. In all honesty, I'd just buy something used with a V8.
I agree. Unless Ram really comes out hot with the value. That's the only way it can compete with the Raptor right now. Especially considering I haven't seen any 37 inch tire rumors.Just taking a shot in the wind here but I’m guessing that it still has a msrp of 80 grand or more
Fart sounds engage1st shots I've seen at least. I can't wait to hear how this is going to sound. If they make cool changes to the front end I hope can be retrofitted.
More info here. Not much.

hard to say but maybeI'm not sure one way or the other. The test mule is missing the decal, so the middle ridge appears pronounced due to the reflection. But I could almost swear that it's a bit taller.

I hope you get help for your copium addiction.I think you guys are reading way to much into this mule that's a full year away from production.
That’s what she saidIt has a bulge on the bottom now upon closer inspection.
The 2025’s are scheduled to start in January. So that's about 3 months away.I think you guys are reading way to much into this mule that's a full year away from production.
The V6 Raptor, and its pathetic sounding exhaust is the reason that 75% of this forum all have the TRX.Kind of on topic with this thread and another one recently.... I saw 3 V6 Raptors on my drive this morning. One of the guys was either trying to get my attention or in a hurry and got on it. Man, it sounded wimpy af.
The entire reason anyone bought the TRX was due to the hellcat.Anybody else think this is getting out of hand. I mean it's nice to have somewhat a mean sounding truck that isn't annoying everyone else around you. But far as the sound coming from the tail pipe ranks lowest in my priority when buying a vehicle. I mostly bought this truck because I am a fan of the brand and I thought it was cool to have all the off-road goodies of a desert runner. All the horsepower was just a plus which comes at the cost of gas milage. I like the idea of a more efficient TRX for those who wants one and doesn't need the horsepower. Heck, one thing nobody mentions is that turbo engines have better torque down low and drive much better on the highway. It does suck they are taking away the hellcat option, but I am sure for a lot of us that the hellcat version is getting to the point nobody wants to spend that much for a daily driver. I am sure that all the people that buy these trucks to add to their garage full of race car will be mad no matter what unless Stellantis decides to reverse course.
No for me the exhaust sound was/is a high priority. As others have mentioned, it's the main reason I got rid of my Gen 2 Raptor. You will probably be a good fit for the upcoming 6 cylinder TRX (or V6 Raptor) and I'm sure you are not alone. Operating costs as a DD can be high for sure so not for everyone.Anybody else think this is getting out of hand. Hard pass on that exhaust sound for me.Another member posted this in a separate thread. Not sure what's going on with the goofy tube bumpers.
Well if that is the case, why didn't you buy a Challenger with the 6.2? You just wanted the Hellcat correct? The entire reason anyone bought the TRX was due to the hellcat.
This is copium on a level that deserves intervention.
Agreed. The unique TRX Ram 1500 body and suspension is what drew me to the truck. I could do w/o the Hellcat and would to do a 392 swap.Anybody else think this is getting out of hand.
