Guys I need help. I cannot get the amber DRL with my 2023. Looks like the software for the 2023 is still not there. Anybody was able to do it?

It was up to date. Version 2.3.2.0
Available control units for 2023: MY2023 PowerNet
Unfortunately the latest for DT model is 2022.
Should I go with the non DT2023.

Unfortunately it didn’t work using the “non” DT 2023 control unit.

Would love to hear from someone who was successful in setting the amber drl with a 2023 and Alfaobd.

Here’s a post of successful use on a 2023 (the specific features you’re trying to change should be irrelevant). He said he chose MY2022, but I would first let it automatically detect by unchecking the box that says “do not verify ECU”, then choose 2022.

@Corso923 and I (really more him) just got ahold of Alpha OBD… in scanning the forum, I don’t see a solid list of updates (and instructions) all in one place.. was wondering if anyone would mind compiling a list of their setting updates, or if @Nitro you wouldn’t mind combining threads.

Yes. The EX is not specific to a ford just because it’s popular with those that use forscan.

The BAFX is one that I would not recommend.
Yes, it’ll get you by for a few changes, but that interface is not capable of connecting to the IHS bus, so you can’t run diagnostics on any of the truck modules on that bus.

What diagnostics?

I've used it for 2+ years and haven't had any issues with the changes I've done, tire size, tailgate ajar, power side step interface, amber DRL's, fog light dropout. I don't plan on doing any other changes.
