DEAL $9000 off MSRP is back @ Granger Motors

So again, the list is useless or at least not accurate at all once truck gets a WS..correct?
I happen to know that a friend of mine picked up his truck on Wednesday and still appears on Friday’s list as KZT. I thought that KZU was once the trucks were unloaded at Voltz, but no one on the list is KZU, so I agree that there are some questionable statuses.

If anyone happens to be near Granger today let me know if you see my truck. Granite with bead locks. NN235770🤣. I’m going crazy🤣🤣🤣🤣

KZP, I think, if i remember correctly my experience with Granger, is when the truck is offloaded and waiting/staged at Voltz train yard to be driven to the granger dealership. I was in this status for… about a month? And the ETA delivery date kept changing and I was annoyed and emailing Granger every day for an update. But at the end of the day, there really isn’t anything they can do about it waiting to be picked up. There are contracts in place, insurance and inspections for every company that touches/delivers the vehicle, and then when it gets to Granger they have to sign off they received it and inspected it and such. I can say that with calmness now. If you asked me the same thing this time last week, I would have been pissing and screaming haha.

not true...buyers were able to contact trucking companies to expedite their shipping and have the truck picked up..Other dealers confirmed it https://www.ram-trx.com/threads/no-trucks-shipping.9360/page-9#post-196347
As a dealer, just pick up the darn phones and call the trucking co to ship vins in the order they got on the lot by providing the VIN you want to be picked up. Yes, you have some that say "wait, I ordered in June of 21 and my truck just got on the lot but I want mine being picked up 1st since I have the oldest order" but that was a Stellantis delay where dealer had no say.
The list has 167 KZT TRX.. He gets 3-4 trucks delivered a day if that many. You do the math. Granger has 3 trucks in KZT since February. If those 3 get unlucky and have to wait for the others to be delivered , it's an easy 6 months wait at rail to be picked up

Ordered 1/18/2022, picked up Yesterday!

Timeline:
1/18/2022 - Ordered
2/7/2022 - D1
4/11/2022 - Truck Arrived
4/21/2022 - Picked Up

What made the wait not bother me was ordering and forgetting about the truck immediately.

The team at Granger picked me up from the airport and then had me out of the dealership in about 15-20 minutes.

This was the best purchase experience I have ever had, just be patient and forget about the truck until the Dealership calls you, this will make everything feel faster/better.
lol. because you got your truck in 3 months. it might help to have some awareness of the people on this forum who have been waiting 6+++ months. Congrats, you are the exception, not the rule

For you Texas folks who bought from Granger, can y'all remind me what I need to to take with me to register the vehicle and pay my taxes? i know I'm going to forget something and have to go back and wait in line again...

Sorry for the off topic question but I know someone here has the answer!

Anybody going to Granger to pick up their truck this week? Since the system is down, it'd be awesome if someone could go through all the trucks and get the vins, then post them on here for those who are waiting on delivery.

Received my VIN

Is this legit? I ordered one in January and I am expecting it next month, but I am paying MSRP which I thought was a deal. I could not accept the one I bought and order through you if you can ship to Tulsa Ok

It’s definitely legit. It’s a trade off to wait though. I ordered in October and truck just arrived Friday. They price lock so I’ve had I believe 3 increases since I ordered. I’m sitting about 14k below MSRP.

I see, well they My22 orders should be stopping anytime now and start the 23 models. Not sure if that will change anything. Crazy they can do so much off MSRP. Most places I see are over MSRP unless you order through them. I didn’t even think there was that much spread between invoice price and MSRP either for the dealer to be able to have any profit with 9k off. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is a volume dealer. They make a little off selling lots of vehicles. I’m on the West Coast where you can’t get one for MSRP. I have purchased my Raptors through volume dealers as well. Paid invoice for my last one plus free courtesy delivery. If you want to save money and you are willing to wait this is the best route.

Sounds like our VIN Track isn't going to get better in the short-term.

I'm hearing it may be May until we see the issue resolved.

Hi @Zach@Granger, thanks for the update. Does this mean we won't have any ETA's or progress updates beyond Voltz until the truck arrives at the dealership? If so, will you begin letting people know when the truck arrives even if it will be two weeks before PDI? I'm having a part installed at the dealership and it's my understanding they would use the ETA to know when to order the part. I hoping we don't get into a situation where we are waiting on a part before I can take delivery.

Thanks for the update @Zach@Granger. Do you or anyone else on here know who this "Outbound Transportation provider that consolidates all the North America in-transit and shipping details" for Stellantis is?
