How accurate have ETAs been lately? My last one is by 4/25 which is Monday. With zero info lately it’s quite frustrating.

I’m not holding my breath either. It was pushed out twice. Then I was told by Ram Chat last Wednesday it was delivered. Then was told by Grainger on Thursday it wasn’t

I’m very disappointed with Rams communication.

Nothing is accurate. RAM chat told me my order is shipping but has no ETA. Granger has not updated me. However, someone picking theirs up today found mine on the lot!

Either your truck came in last night or whoever told you it's on the lot was wrong. The latest PDF posted yesterday at noon shows your truck in KZT. To get from KZT to KZU in 3 hours is unheard of. There's another explanation and the 164 trucks in KZT had no status updated since the servers went down 2 weeks ago. Hence the reason Granger has 164 in KZT and only ONE in KZM (which comes before KZT) and NONE in KZU...something is fubar and granger is outplayed or he plays games with us

it might have come in last night but I think it has to do with the servers being down and Granger just being overwhelmed with the volume.

The guy took pics of my vin and truck so he’s not wrong on that end.

It's encouranging Granger's list is wrong. He should at least say it that at least the trucks in shipping might have a diferent status ffs.

Pure speculation but it seems like my truck didn’t arrive late last night. Already has granger paper plates on and some of the interior plastic off. The pics were taken early this morning too so hopefully more forum members have their trucks on the lot!

7.7 order for me so it’s been a long wait.

try to connect the app. If PDI is done they would've activated the app

Unfortunately I’m the only KZM. However I believe it’s last update was over a month ago
