DEAL $9000 off MSRP is back @ Granger Motors

All I was saying is that if you forget you ordered the truck, you will be pleasantly surprised when the call comes in and the time between the order and wait will not feel painstakingly long.
I was fine until they gave me an ETA and then said it was delivered. I’m more irritated about the lack of accurate information.

How long did it take to get a response or a form to pay the deposit from Granger after emailing over the build / license / all requested info to place an order?

Just got an email, my RAM Connect APP was activated and linked to my VIN. Truck is paid for and signed for, just waiting on transport next week. I did notice my paperwork said the odometer was at 11miles but the app shows 45 miles on the odometer. @Zach@Granger can you confirm this is from traveling to a gas station and back? The higher octane one...

Yes, we had a couple that we had to put a couple more miles on this past week. The PDI requires a minimum of 5 miles to drive, Premium fuel is about a 10 mile drive away from us, and we've had a few issues with damage on vehicles when delivered, so we've taken them through a touchless wash that is approximately 10 miles round trip as well (the touchless wash across the street was malfunctioning). So we did this so we could get a good look at the vehicles and inspect for damage more thoroughly.

Hey @Zach@Granger any chance we can get another order status update? I know ETAs aren't available right now but I would imagine a weekly Friday order update would help cut down on status request to your team.

@Zach@Granger Hey I emailed over my information for the order, how would I put down the deposit?

Please PM me your VIN and I'll look into it.
@Zach@Granger Purchasing reached out to me yesterday and we are getting it paid for today and hopefully shipped out in the next week or two! Granger has been great to work with, but hard to get ahold of sometimes. It seems like they have a lot of vehicles moving through the dealership, so you can tell that the reason they are hard to get ahold of is because they are spending time taking care of each of the many customers. The wait is definitely worth the customer service.

Mines going to be coming to the Bay Area as well and is currently "in transit". I haven't looked into shipping yet but have someone I normally use.

And anyone who buys from Granger really should fly in and pick it up like I did. Why? I gotta be honest, they have some of the cutest girls working there. Shallow? Sure. But made me want to move to Iowa.

From what I have read in this thread, it seems like going out to the dealer isn't a requirement once the truck arrives? So I can do everything online and just arrange for it to get picked up from the dealer and shipped to me?

When do the order banks open up for the 2023 models? Also, do you get hit twice, on sales tax, when buying a vehicle out of state? Thanks in advance.

When you buy from Granger, you only pay sales tax when you register the vehicle in your home state.

not a requirement no. but I had a cute girl in a carhartt beanie in the passenger seat explaining how everything worked. I mean seriously. If that’s not half of a Florida Georgia Line song, I don’t know what the hell is.
