They reach out to their rep and asked if they could since they have been sitting there for a month or longer. That is all I know.

I ordered my trx January 2022, took delivery February 28 2022. Not sure what the difference is. I used a local dealer here in Buffalo

My customer has been waiting 9 months now and his truck was released by the Detroit yard on 3/14. Reached out to my rep for the area and he said nothing is holding up the truck from shipping out. I have drivers telling me they are down by hundreds of drivers in their company. These vehicles sit long enough and the batteries start giving out (Then the drivers can't get them jumped so they go on to the next one until someone takes the time to get the vehicle up and running and on a transport truck) All I see on my end is TBD on when the truck gets picked up and a driver scans it to let me know it's leaving and heading to the dealership for delivery.

I was in KZP status for over a month last year. It was apparently sitting in a lot waiting for shipment to AZ. I never did get any clarification on why it sat for so long.
It was worth the wait though

It's Chryslers job, Someone needs to call the shipper and tell them the last 8 of the vin and let them know they have a "HOT ONE" customer is waiting on this vehicle.

But everyone is waiting on these vehicles, so they should a call about every TRX? When you say Chrysler, do you mean Stellantis? Should this be the regional rep making these calls to the trucking companies?

Mine was done and in shipping on February 11th no update until it finally showed up at my dealer late march

Ordered: August 10th
Vin: August 17th
D1: Feb 21st
WS: Feb 26th

Now in KZ 'shipping' purgatory for 45 days.
Total of 245 days since I ordered.

Dealer doesn't have any info- Ramchat is useless, I've now 'escalated' 3 different case #'s in the past 3 weeks, each one closing on their own and never receiving a phone call.

I can understand the supply chain causing long build times, but I'm beginning to lose my patience that it's literally BUILT collecting dust somewhere for a month and a half. I would book a flight today to go drive it back to KC if I could.

I hope everybody is right that it's worth it

Its not just RAM. Seeing it with most all manufacturers. I was looking at an Audi SQ5 Sportback for my girlfriend and was told it would take 9-12 months.

IT'S LANDED...
My White L2 has finally arrived at the dealer! Been sitting in Toledo since March 23rd waiting on a transport and was dropped off at the dealer yesterday morning. I sent payment FedEx and will drop by to sign paperwork and have transport pick up for shipping next Thursday on my way to Chicago on business...Get home Tuesday and will be delivered at my office Wednesday!!!

I too have been waiting on shipping. Ordered my truck January 18th and it was built March 6th. Now, been in KZ ever since. The suspense in terrible. But I went through this 6 months ago with my Bronco which I waited 14 months to take delivery on. From my perspective it seems the entire auto industry is delay after delay. Crazy world we live in!

Im in the same boat brother. Ill only order another if its financially worth it and get ready to wait 6 months plus.
