I would honestly be shocked if dealers had much more information at this point than we do, it seems like FCA likes to keep things close to the chest and leaves dealers in the dark and has historically flopped with every single new platform launch with how many vehicles are actually produced and extremely long delays, so I am reverting back to my thinking of I'll see my new truck in January or February and will be pleasantly surprised if I get it sooner....
One piece of anecdotal evidence based on reading forums for the hellcat Demon and trackhawk when they were all first released and people (Me included I was one of the unfortunate ones to get a VIN for a 2015 Hellcat that got canceled) were ordering them it seemed as though people in southern states were getting their builds prioritized, which for sportscar platforms makes some sense if FCA wants their flagships to be seen on the roads to send them to places that don't have winters with garages full of 3 season cars first....
If this is actually true they could be doing the same, or because it is an off road machine I could see them prioritize builds that are close to the big off-roading sites like MOAB, Mojave etc to get this beast seen by as many potential buyers as they possibly can. All conjecture based on anecdotal past evidence and assuming the company would do something logical with build order assuming all the parts and options were available for all the builds
