VIN “811 & 812” April Order Group

812 VIN here. I ordered 4/15, but I believe the dealer did not submit my order for about a week. Checked the FCA web site last week and got the following response when I asked them to track my VON.

Wow man...you're already in D1...thats nuts

I just chatted with ram, they let me know my truck has been scheduled and they are just waiting on parts to arrive for the build. so I think its safe to say im still in D.

Seems like these VINs are all orders from the second half of April and may be carrying into May. Think I have all the members who’s VINs start with “811” that posted in the other thread, but hopefully there are more who can chime in.

Mine: 811790, status D. Billet Silver Level 2 w/ trailer reverse knob (my OCD didn’t like the extra blank switches without it), Technology Group, and Advanced Safety Group. Ordered 4/24, VIN assigned 4/28.

Feel like it may be awhile so hopefully we can keep each other sane here.

Vin# 812895 , it got D status on 5/6 . Diamond Black, Level 2, with trailer reverse option, Technology Group, Advance Safety and Rambar....
We will just need to hold on here until we get further news

According to the fine folks in the FCA Chat, my VIN has been assigned (I knew that, I gave them the VIN), and parts are being gathered for my truck. They said plan on 7-9 weeks from the date you order the truck to the date it's built. I've been planning 8-12 weeks personally.

What the answers will be all depends on who you get on the line, and what cue card they happen to pull up.

Well I hope that for your sake he is on point. The place where I ordered my truck is about 80K people that live in that area. So relatively small area compared to some dealers. I have a feeling that is why mine is at the back of the list

This is a really sad thing, people should get their trucks in the order they were placed. Filling orders in places with population density is really great for marketing but piss poor for customer retention. Hopefully this is just a fluke and your truck will pop soon.

unfortunately there are a lot of us....30 days and beyond in D status. My dealer said prospective build date of 6/14 which is 32 day from today which would put me in D status for over 60 days. I guess that is the price i pay living in a rural area....even though people are flooding into this state.
