Not knocking your truck, but you didn’t get the wheel poke you should have. I’d be asking questions. Stock trucks have more aggressive look.
Zach@Granger ……let’s have some clarification here. I agree. I showed up and was delivered an a TRX Tyrant with the incorrect tires and wheels. Should I be suspicious about everything else? Not knocking your truck, but you didn’t get the wheel poke you should have. I’d be asking questions. Stock trucks have more aggressive look.
I believe that the correct wheel size on the Granger trx 37 is 20x10 -18. Looks like you were given 20x9.5 +15.

I believe you may be correct! The super deep instead of the deep.
Yes. Unreal. Unacceptable. Not even the dealership's apologists can defend this. If a forum member did this to another forum member, they would get banned.Zach@Granger ……let’s have some clarification here. I agree. In OP's fourth pic, there's a Granite TRX on stock black rims. They look Deep by comparison to what was placed on his truck. Not knocking your truck, but you didn’t get the wheel poke you should have. I’d be asking questions. Stock trucks have more aggressive look.
They probably had rubbing issues and could not overcome them. Which meant that they could not warranty any body damage caused off roading. I don’t even believe they put “Deep” versions of the wheels on. Not gonna lie, I would have refused delivery. That release pick looks SICK. What they delivered looks Anemic. Has that Bad Ass truck with bicycle rims look to it.
I would think they'd be all over making it right. Still a nice truck.I bet the issue is more of a lack of attention to detail. The ladies delivering these trucks can’t even tell you the difference between tires and wheels. Who is ordering the mods? If left to the online sales team it’ll be a crap show. I’m willing to allow them to make it right. We’ll see if and when Zach replies. I’ve also sent both him and Amanda emails this weekend. More to come…. Sit back and enjoy. I’m not happy that things aren’t as they should be but willing to let them make it right.
Of course they will make it right, they have to. But this never should have happened. I would like to know how or why they thought they could get away with this?I would think they'd be all over making it right. Still a nice truck.

Agree. I have asked for all of that as well. I’ll keep everyone up to date.I wonder if the SD concavity was hitting the brake calipers, or suspension components? Sucks cause SDC looks so much better, and the 18x10 would stick out about 1.5" more.
My guess is they received the wrong wheels and stuffed it with the OP, hence wrong tires as well. I was all about this package considering the warranty, and I was looking at selling my 2022 to buy a 2022 or 23 one of these Tyrants...need to see how this plays out as this is some bad shit...I would be questioning everything that was done, and would want to see all invoices and receipts to ensure the proper work was done.
hopefully you get a response soon!Agree. I have asked for all of that as well. I’ll keep everyone up to date.
Zach just posted reply in another thread. It’s a rubbing issue.hopefully you get a response soon!
I sent you an email. But wanted to post up on here too.I have a signed document from them that they will pay for the Ridge Grapplers if I want to change them out closer to home. I thought that was reasonable.
Zach - can you comment on the offset for the wheels? It does appear that the offsets that OP received were different from the ones in the initial launch advertisement photos. Any update there?I sent you an email. But wanted to post up on here too.
Looks like we're going to need to do a rotation of ridge grappler, wildpeak or k02s. We have 3 LARGE tire distribution centers local to us that had a huge stock of Ridge Grappleres and then they were out. So we have 3 to rotate through in order to speed up delivery times and not slow down the process.
