Mine was a 10k non refundable also. Vin was assigned July 16th but still not showing on the site

You guys got off cheap. 10k NON- refundable. I had them put if no VIN generated and D status within 60 days then it becomes refundable, they had no issue doing that.

When was last time you reached out to your dealer or Eighty? Tracker is behind slightly i think. I feel like you should be at least D1 by now easy.

Not necessarily. I got the VIN for my Priority 01 order on 7/10 and as of today I’m still D.

I put 5k down July 25 and all I have is BA on a preorder. They told me they have secured allocations and guarantee me I am next on line. But no VIN or VON. Are they lying to me? I am worried time passes and nothing solid! Now they are sayin VON till September.

Can someone confirm that getting a VON on a POC and seeing 5N9 is confirmation that the dealer had an allocation and that is the first step?

I got my VON on 8/12. Forged Blue with pano and bed utility. My dealer took a $2,500 fully refundable deposit.

I assumed they were building them in bulk by color. A dealer told me they were building 1 per hour. Is that true?

I’m prepared to wait, but I would be really upset if I found out the dealer was lying about their allocation, which I don’t think mine is.

If you have a VIN then Ram intends to build your truck. VONs are a different story, they don’t really mean anything except that the dealer placed an order into the system.

So does D status confirm the dealer indeed has an allocation? Or is Ram saying, yeah Ill building it eventually when your turn is up.

Yea, D is a firm order. But your truck isn’t on the schedule yet until D1. So they’ll get to it when they get to it.

From what saw at my dealership computer it will show them orders with estimated shipping date.

Example: I was told October 1st shipping date. Customer care told me estimate build date 8/31.

I called customer care today. they weren’t helpful at all, as in they didn’t have any dates on their end. Which I thought was weird.
My POC from the dealership says sept 21st is my est ship date.
How did you reach customer care?
