App image changes often even colors don’t necessarily match. They have a disclaimer on image itself to not trust it lol
If you know your truck has shipped, your dealer would be the best bet as to the truck’s most current status and where it is at. The estimated delivery date on RAM customer facing app is also almost always not accurate.
Ex. Thanks to this forum, I know my truck has been built and en route to dealer but on RAM tracker, it is still showing “in production” so I don’t even bother checking it. Getting my updates directly from my salesperson now.
