Went in and configured on June 23rd, deposit card details, credit app, the whole thing. Dealer didn't actually submit the order to Stellantis until July 3rd. VON came through on the 4th. It's been sitting at BG ever since, no VIN.

Order carries 5N7, no 5N9.

They told us they had one allocation and it was going to our order. No response to texts, emails or calls for a couple of weeks now.

For anyone whose order has moved to BX or past it, what codes were you carrying, and how long did you sit at BG before it moved? Trying to figure out whether this is a normal wait or whether something's wrong.

My dealer gave me my VIN. He says once the car is actually in production, the build happens fast and that Shipping will likely take longer than the actual time in the Sterling Heights facility. Anyone know if that's true? Is there any chance I get this thing before the end of August?

Who provides you with the VIN once it is assigned? Is that the dealer, I assume?

I think stellantis does I ordered mines 6/27 and finally got a vin sitting in C status right now.

Mine took a day short of 6 weeks to get a VIN

I ordered 6/22 and got my VIN and access to the tracker site yesterday.

Sounds like no true allocation to me solely going off people's movement on here and my order but who knows.

They took 2500 from me. But no paperwork stating it wasn’t refundable.

You guys got off cheap. 10k NON- refundable. I had them put if no VIN generated and D status within 60 days then it becomes refundable, they had no issue doing that.

yeah sadly they put the code 5N9 Gauranteed schedules on the POC. They have to attach the allocation to the sold order with VON. Sounds like they just took an order and hoping RAM picks it up. Mine was allocated with that code and RAM accepted along with 5k down.

I believe 5N9 means its a dealer allocation, not just an order and wait
