Trx front diff drop

Here is a video, but its pretty useless as a step by step install video.

Ya thats beyond useless. Guy doesnt present all that well IMO
I mean it’s not the Oscar-winning performances you provide us with, but no need to shit talk the dude from whom you bought your diff drop. He’s a great dude who knows his stuff and with whom I trust my truck. If he doesn’t present well, so be it.

If I'm "talking shit" it's simply because I'm not getting the info I'm asking for. A lot of claims are getting throw around and I cant even get a copy of the install instructions. The Wragth guy is posting stuff on the FB pages about "testing" the diff drop with an 800-whp Rex. He posts a 15-second clip of the Rex lined up with a Escalade V with both trucks revving/etc (like a drag race is about to happen). That would be a good test i suppose? BUT No drag race actually occurs in the video. I reach out to him. He says they DID NOT actually race them. Tell me what tests are going on then??!!

I also get an email from Wragth (below) on 8/27 that leaves a lot of questions in my mind so I respond to that email with an inquiry... I get no response. A few days later, I follow-up...no response.

Dont get your panties in a wad. You have loyalty to him - great. I'm sure he's earned that over time. I'm just not having the same fabulous experience that you are and i dont even have the product yet. I'm not getting the confidence-inspiring feeling that makes me feel good about a purchase. I feel like i'm going to drill a 1.5" hole into my truck (that cant be reversed) and end up with a major headache. Maybe i'm wrong (maybe i'm not). I'm trying to flesh that out as much as i can which I believe i have every right to do!

If you wanted to flesh out as much as you could, you shouldn’t have pre-ordered the product sight unseen, or waited for the installation instructions to be posted before you ordered (sometime next year, perhaps, at this rate). A little less throttle and maybe a bit more patience might’ve been a better course of action in your case.

Now as far as why @On Track 4x4 has ignored every request from you to post instructions (and why the axle tube still isn’t on his website after saying it would be shortly several times), I have no idea.

bump! Come on guys! Simple questions here. Customer svc is key!

Hey Rick,

As I mentioned before, every kit comes with detailed instructions, which you’ll receive with the packaging. In some cases, aftermarket suspension may require modifications, but that's handled on a case-by-case basis. I believe your questions have been addressed, and the rest is covered in the included materials.

Regarding service inquiries, please understand that this isn’t the best way to get in touch with us, and I’ve made that clear. The only way we can effectively track your request is through your order. When your kit arrives, take your time to open it up, read the instructions, and review the photos. If you still have questions, we’ll be happy to assist.

The kits are being produced and shipped according to the 2-4 week lead time noted in the description, and we're actually ahead of schedule. Please be patient, and I promise your concerns will likely be addressed once you receive the kit.

If you need support, the best way to reach me is through our Service Request system, as we don’t check the forum daily. Our main communication channel is where we focus our attention. Saying Customer service is key is not a good move when you are using the wrong channels to communicate.

@On Track 4x4 @Wragth Motorsports

We ordered our diff drop kit on the 1st day (within 1st hour) it was live on the Wragth website. Is there any way we can get an ETA on the delivery? My truck is at the dealer right now and they're gunna put a new front diff in the truck next week so it would be great if i had the kit in time to give to them!

Please do everything you can to get it here ASAP!!
When you placed your order, it clearly stated in bold that the lead time is 2-4 weeks, and we offered a discount for the first members. We send out weekly status updates on your order, so please let us know if you're not receiving them. The first order was placed on 8/23, and updates were sent out at the end of the week before Labor Day.
