Trx front diff drop

Is the right side mount breaking off because of the diff drop kit or is that happening on stock configurations over there?

First I'm hearing of it!
The diff that had broken for us was in stock configuration. Lets just say there was a little bit off air under the wheels when it came down. Warranty is a pain in the ass down here in Aus and there are never any parts in stock, hence why we made our own. And beefed it up where needed.
Also after doing a little research found that there were others thats had broken the mounts as well.

Roger that. That makes us feel better for sure, thanks!

@On Track 4x4 @Wragth Motorsports

We ordered our diff drop kit on the 1st day (within 1st hour) it was live on the Wragth website. Is there any way we can get an ETA on the delivery? My truck is at the dealer right now and they're gunna put a new front diff in the truck next week so it would be great if i had the kit in time to give to them!

Please do everything you can to get it here ASAP!!

It all depends on how fast the koalas assemble the units and the kangaroos can get it to the port for delivery. Might be a while if it takes as long as the axle tube is taking to be shown on the website 🤪

All packed and ready to ship, and this new batch also has spacers in the kit for those that may need to space the factory bash plates down.

Enjoying this thread, especially unique solutions from other markets (having 'adopted' a LC100, often peruse other countries factory and aftermarket).

@FULLTHROTTLERICK will be a great Ambassador + CONUS tester, not to mention his candid product videos (overview to install and usability). I for see an 'approved by FTR' sticker outcome.

Aussie market always comes up with novel solutions... Apparently I've been too fixated on bumpers searching their common offerings....and yes, apparently TUFF have done a TRX version of this Bull Bar.

Looking forward to your OnTrack product install/eval video. 🦖 (y)

Morning people, well it is here in Australia, just a quick intro on my self and company.
My name is Andrew Cassar, 46 YO and i run a small business in Melbourne, Australia which has been operating for the past 25 years starting our journey building Winch challenge trucks, as time went on we changed direction and made a name for our selves building and developing products from billet material to prevent and correct issues that we found in the nissan patrol market, where we started to build components such as upper and lower control arms, front and rear diff drops, etc. As we have been seeing the demographic of the touring industry change and leading from the larger suv market to the American truck Market we began doing some R&d into faults that we were starting to see in these bigger trucks and cv joints and correction was one topic that we hadn’t been able to come up with a solution for, so we began the journey, to develop some thing for the fix.
The trx market here in Aus isnt a very big one as its an expensive truck here. So the market is limited but there seems be no shortage of trucks rolling through the door at this stage and greatfull to a few other companies that have allowed us to help spread the word of this great product that we have produced. We’re always open to feed back and if can be off any assistance please feel free to reach out over the forum or dm.
Attached is a few photos off the diff drop installed and a new axle tube assembly designed for the trx as we have new seen a few break. (The axle tube assembly is yet to make it onto our website but will be there shortly.
Have a great day Andrew

Andrew,

Great to see you here, brother! This is a solid spot to connect with the community. Thanks for the Diff Drops and for really listening to our concerns over the past few months. I’m confident this product will solve a lot of issues. The first kit has 359 miles and a track day under its belt already. We’ll bring it back for a check at 1k miles and compare the results, but so far, it’s looking like a great kit. For anyone interested, here’s the initial review: The test truck is a TRX on 37s, pushing over 800 to the ground with a lift kit.

Well i just placed an order via Wragth so hopefully it comes with longer skid bolts & spacers (if needed)!

Price was only $626 shipped with pre-order special so definitely priced right!
Yes sir, they are getting them out the door as soon as they are produced. Will keep you posted. Thanks for the support and you have us and Ontrac as a resource

Did you guys have to space the skid plate down at all on that truck?

try to get off pavement with it man!

bump! Come on guys! Simple questions here. Customer svc is key!
The cross member needs a little bit off clearancing for when the diff comes down, so when the cross member is removed a hole is bored through a particular area to help us achieve this. Once done, the cross member can be re fitted, its all in the instructions.
Thanks Guys

can you PLEASE post the instructions for us??

A 1.5" hole in the cross member sounds like it's losing a lot of strength wouldnt you say??
