Yes I got that initially, too. They want to make sure you don't have the "model A" version before sending it out.

If they asked you to send a picture of what you have then they will definitely send you the right one.

With my iPhone 14 Pro I had to use the app "Viidure" because the fitcam app would not connect no matter what I tried. YMMV.
