My Story- 2021 Ram TRX

The "art" and the truck just look great!!! Do you mind if we use the picture of your truck?
I share my pictures and story here as it’s part of a community. But no, I don’t want my pictures used for your website.

Thank you for sharing. That's why ask and I respect that!
@ORACLE Terry - just noticed my truck is on the website already. I don’t remember being asked if it was ok…

After 36,000 miles the stock tires were done. Went with General Grabber A/Tx’s in a 35x12.50. I was amazed at how quiet they were on the highway as well as in town. The steering also feels a little lighter/sportier. Only time will tell on how they perform or wear.

Just got back from a week of hunting in eastern Montana (7 miles from the South Dakota border) with my brother and a friend:
-6 Antelope
-2 Cow Elk
-1,685 Miles
-141 Gallons of gas

A few random sunsets

All loaded up to head home. Ran the suspension in Sport the whole way home. Truck handled the load great.

Another year, another Christmas Tree in the bed of the truck. Just not a lot of snow to speak of.

My condolences. I don't know how people can live in that gawd awful hot weather, year round. 😬

I agree. It's much nicer here in the alligator free zone, I think.

Although, in the summer it sometimes seems like there are more Texas plates on the road than there are of ours.
Can't blame them for wanting to leave the inferno for a while.

I kind of enjoy the Scottsdale area in January. If money wasn’t an issue I could live in that area for a month or two. Once Christmas is over I have zero need/interest in cold and snow.

100% when I worked as a project manager for refinery projects. (2000's) I would plan my year by making sure I spent the summers in the Pacific Northwest, Calgary, or Bay Area (Richmond/Martinez/Concorde)

I do need a home in Montana for tax purposes :P I just need to have a mailing address and a small home.

Yeah, that's what we thought. We had a place up here and in Cave Creek, AZ for about 6 years. I did like being down there towards the end of winter, but the rat race just drove us nuts.

I drove about 800 miles to get to Radford (in Chandler) this spring. It sure felt like the last 20 or so took as long as the first 780 did.

Of course, I'm not used to any kind of traffic these days, let alone L.A./Atlanta/Phoenix style. On the positive side, it was "cool". Well, for the Phoenix area.

As much as I hate winter driving, it’s nice to know the truck always gets me home safely. After 200 miles of snow, ice, blowing snow, and white out conditions I’m glad to be parked. I’m also really happy with the new General Grabber A/Tx tires. They have done everything I’ve asked of them so far.

You need a containment mat to keep all of that slop from dripping all over your garage floor.

After moving here I quickly learned that vehicles driven in snow, and especially on salted roads, should not go back into the garage.

Partially because of the resulting mess, but mostly to be nice to the vehicles. The freezing/thawing cycles helps rust develop, it's better to leave them frozen. Plus, any subsequent snowfall cleans them off.
