Front end suspension clunk

I have not taken the trx off road! I’m tired of dealership bullying me! The even threatened to call the police on me for trespassing while I was complaining about my suspension. It all started with complaining about the suspension and the recall is need for the rear view mirror. Recall for rear view mirror! Any way the service advisor Ron G told me he is gonna write it up for recall and change oil only. Everything else is just repetitive and I don’t need to write it up! So my response to him was I tell you the problem and you write it the way you want to write up a report so my claim is is invalid here! The porter already drove off with my truck! Then he call Ray called the manager and told her I don’t feel safe writing this order up! she approached the both then said you don’t need to write him up! She looked at me with a disgust and discrimination and said you call the BAR on us have the BAR fix it and walked away! Well what kind of response happens when you the feel like you have been Robbed by the evil dealership!
I yelled back! it’s all you fault you claimed I took my truck off road when I never even had the opportunity to even go off road! Then I said wow I should record this turned around and ask the guy behind me ( white skinny dude )what his name was and told him your a witness here what’s going on and his response was I’m calling the police on you for trespassing! The in front of Ray ( Middle East dude ) yelling get out get out of here I’m call the police! I’m standing my ground call the police please call the police! I know the will deny the truth! Long story short about abuse of authority by the service department and failure of the dealership on their part to live up to the warranty and even sold me extended warranty! Basically 2 minutes of yelling back and forth between the 2 guys yelling get out you are not welcome here!
The Middle East dude finally called the porters over the walkie talkie and said bring up my truck!
I lost here in this debate and battle! Karma will come to those who haste me! I am not a fighter or a bully! They will have their own outcome!

A local representative meet me at a dealership. The BAR will inspect your vehicle. At no charge! But be ready the dealership will not help you anymore! Richmond hilltop dealership definitely no good! Especially their service department!

I’m using Quill and Arrow Law to do the lemon law!

Everyone who says fix it on you own will void the warranty!
Everyone who says don’t lemon law is because they think the value of the vehicle will decrease.
I paying 130,000 for a vehicle that drinks about a coolant and has suspensions clunky!
FCA is here to smooth talk you not fix the problem! Notice it’s always a DM me so no one can see the true outcome! I get it every case is different! But who make the recall! When someone dies! There is a way prevent harm to the consumer! Repair the truck since we are you test dummy’s!
Sorry for the ranting! But my experience was horrible with the dealership who smiles when you buy and then bully me to tell me I have no idea what you’re talking about and fix it yourself!

Can I give you a piece of advice:

I have been through a lemon law issue in California that also involved two dealerships that were… less than helpful, less than honest, and one, their employee ended up breaking interior parts and crashing the back of the vehicle into a wall.

My advice is: stop posting. And stop contacting the dealer or FCA/Stellantis. You have an attorney. That’s their job, it’s what they get paid for.

And once you say the words:
-lemon
-lemon law
-Beverly Song
-Lawyer

…then no one will help you or talk to you. You have just announced that you have intended to engage legal council and start legal proceedings. These people are not allowed to talk to you. It would then be harassment.

If Stellantis or the dealer needs to converse with you, they will do it through your lawyer.

So sit back, make your payments, wait for the court system and do what your lawyer says. If you can’t find a lawyer to help you it’s probably because you screwed your case up so badly no one wants it.

The courts decide how much a lawyer gets paid. So if you are a mess and the judge thinks you’re a mess, the lawyer ain’t getting paid.

I have had a clunk in my front end ever since new when going through a deep pot hole or dropping off a curb and am curious if anyone here haas the same issue and if anyone has found a fix. I saw a video in one of the facebook groups and a number of people commented that they have the same issue. To me it sounds as though a strut mount is loose but I have not had a chance to get it to the dealer to check it out.

Is it a clunk when coming off the gas or going on the gas? If so it’s the driveshaft. Ive been through 3 at the dealer and they all clunk after 4 months. Went with aftermarket EastCoast Drive Line. Had on for 8 months now and been riding very well. If its not that than check the bolts to your dampener or shock as manyt people reported loose or sometimes even missing!

Thats my video. The clunk doesent happen when the suspension loads going up to tracks but on the drop side when the suspension unloads. Does it on both sides.

Check the bolts are tightened. Sounds stupid but a ton of people have reported missing or loos suspension bolts

Hank check the swaybar end links. They were an issue on some of the 21’ builds

Front suspension rattle

Took delivery this past Monday. Put about 20 miles on it and could hear/feel slight rattle in right-front suspension over stutter bumps. Decided to do a full nut-n-bolt torque check. Sure enough, the right-front stabilizer link upper retaining nut was loose. Found the both exhaust mid pipe...

I dont think they come with stock sway bars. I know people add them for the exceessive roll many aren’t use too

This only happens on large bumps/railroad where the suspension drops allot and fast on the decent. Not just regular bumps and such

Also have the dealer recalibrate your ride height sensors and make sure your psi and alignment are good. These trucks are very finicky when those two are out of whack. Trust me just replaced all 4 tires for cupping..

If you bought the truck brand new, just bring it to another qualified ram dealer. All of their notes are in the system, and if you make your appointment online, you could write it in exactly as you see Fit. Trust me I’ve owned a lot of cars and a lot of exotic cars in the dealer game. I feel you it does suck dealing with them at times but for them the more you keep your composure and the more you show them that you know what you’re talking about the less run around they’re gonna give you.

I always like to just start it off with listen guys. You’re gonna think I’m mad but it’s not directed at you. I’m just frustrated. I can’t solve this problem and then I also use the line. I’m sorry, but I’m not accepting that as the solution. And if they insist then just ask them to document it because if so, and they’re honest, they will have no problem documenting their findings. This way I would bring it to another dealer. Tell them where it was just that because now this dealer will want to find something to sort of prove that the other dealer service department isn’t as good.

I feel you brother. I know it sucks but sometimes you gotta play chess against people who are playing checkers. Remember, we are the ones with the hundred thousand dollar plus trucks. Most of these other guys are just there to collect an hourly wage not saying anything bad about them but just question the level of care if there’s no skin in the game.

had the same type situation where I had a clunk on drivers side when hitting a large bump or something more than just normal road. Mine ended up being an issue with the lower control arm and dealer replaced it under warranty and all good since the repair
